im stopping of using it for longer time

The site has been bad for the past 2 days. Everytime I log in and try to browse for bets, the page would stop loading and then log me off. I would have to log in again. When logging in, the page fails to fully log and shows a blank white screen. I have to keep refreshing the page and typing my log in again a few times before it works. After I log in and add some bet to the slip, page would stop working again and logs me out. When I log back in, all my bets are removed. I would have to add them again, and while adding them, I get logged off again. Constantly happening for the past 2 days.

Today some of bitcoin related betting and dice sites under attack of DDoS just because of this happening wait for update from  site hope they will clear all

Been waiting over 6 hours for this tennis match to be grafed. When will it be graded? Tsonga and simon both won in atp and rennis still not graded. Ticket number 1085520

this site is almost not working since 48h, leeps loggign out, freezing.

Keep doing great job, but I think the withdraws should be faster.

I received the pending payments, most likely it was just a human delay but they should staff up if they are short on people.

Just to give people an impression...

Yesterday I had two withdrawals process instantly of 2 & 7BTC. Today I've been waiting five hours so far for two withdrawals of 6 & 6.5BTC.

I believe Cloudbet is being truthful about issues with Blockchain.info and maybe has an issue with their hot wallet running dry and it has to be topped up manually from cold wallets(which is obviously safer!)
At the moment the address I got my withdrawals from yesterday has a balance of 0 but my deposit address has a balance of more than 40BTC which makes me assume that my deposit address is cold and they process withdrawals form a hot wallet with blockchain.info

Classic Bitcoin-issue not specific to Cloudbet

I've been with Cloudbet since April 9th 2014(got curious and took a look at my transaction history;) ) and they've always paid and solved issues rather quickly - I still worry when withdrawals aren't instant and support doesn't reply within a few hours but history shows I probably have nothing to worry about, even though it's annoying to wait for a withdrawal.

@The guy who keeps asking about the loyalty points: When you've received your initial deposit bonus - you're done. My loyalty points also keep accumulating but there's no way to redeem them whatsoever - even though Cloudbet promised "they were working on something" a long time ago(in this thread I believe).

I like Cloudbet a lot even though there's room for improvement when it comes to cashier-issues, support times and bonus promotions.
Oh - and I absolutely LOVE the instant deposits

Hopyfully my currently pending withdrawals have been processed when I wake up tomorrow

it is not unfair, cause Asian handicap has different rule and odds compared to European handicap, you should read the rule before wagering, there is push/win/lose in european handicap, in asian handicap, you can win/lose partial, win/lose all and push, quite different from european ones.
