About 4 btc each, weird they pay the small bets but not the big ones. Ok I've let them know in a support ticket, hopefully they fix it soon. Will keep the thread updated.

Maybe their system has some bugs so they graded it incorrectly, yesterday I bet 16.4 btc on djokovic and got 18.4 in return, it is graded normally, it is a win bet, didn't give me a loss bet, I am luckier than you. Cheesy

I have played here for 2 weeks, I think this site is good, has highest pre-match odds, instant deposits and withdrawals, that's why I prefer here.

Hi, I placed several bets on the North Queensland Cowboys U20 v Brisbane Broncos U20 match. You graded them as a loss, why is that?

They said they process payment instantly on 97% of payouts, only large withdrawals take time and it is manual withdrawal, so IMO 2btc is not a big amount of money, and it must be in 97% case, not a 10 or 50 btc payout, they should be instant, or at least they should pay you asap cause your payment is only 2 btc.

How often do you add the BTC to peoples account? I did find it in my wallet transactions, sometimes I see a dozen mini-deposits in a day, then nothing for days. It does not seem to correlate time wise to my play in any way. Additionally, there seems to be no way to track what is being added as you leave the loyalty points intact.
