shouting here is the only way you can get the money, cos CB has already acquired betvip, if CB won't give you the money, you can post a scam accusation thread.
Btw, many guys said CB has bad support, it seems yes, they don't give you a good answer for many weeks, at least they should give your deposit on betvip, otherwise it is a scam

I would love to like your book more and I have lost a considerable amount at the book (at least for me) but I just cannot understand why it takes so long to grade live wagers. I placed a 4 team parlay at around 3pm EST and the tennis matches are long long over and the plays are not graded.
Also, I understand the loyalty program and clearing bonuses and whatnot but I feel someone in my case who made a relatively small deposit to just "try things out" many months ago was punished. I currently have 22178 reward points and really wish that you would create a system where we could redeem the points for free bets or something. It is a smaller complaint but the grading really really needs help. Every other site I bet live on the bets are graded within minutes for major sports and at most 30 minutes for the more obscure sports. But ATP/WTA/ITF tennis is not like ping pong or some egypt soccer league.

LOL, i just wonder how many downlines do you have, if they earn money, your balance would be minus, is it right? Cloudbet's affiliate program is strange, cos other casinos offer money if downlines lose money, and they don't deduct money from your balance if some of your downlines are earning money.

Day 12 and still no betting history from BetVIP despite 6 requests now.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE - I contacted them several times about the BlackJack -- Of course I was told "Sorry about the Bad Cards dealt". So I continued to play for several days and a few thousand dollars of BTC- I can handle a few bad sittings at a BlackJack Table, but EVERY SINGLE time I sat it was the same story - I have never seen so many dealer draws to 21, so many pat 20's and the list goes on. Statistically it is not possible to have that much bad luck (or good luck if you are the house) -- The stupid part was me believing it is provably fair-- the problem with Provably Fair is the Seeds and the way "fair" is defined-- if the deck is stacked in favor of the house, then it will show that the cards are being dealt "Fair" if the hand is plugged in...
I am not complaining about the money lost, but I am just warning anyone that wants to play here to plan on not winning at BJ. I doubt their odds are the highest for pre-game matches though. I've seen odds lower by 10-15% then on other sportsbook sites before I bet on a match.
what sports did you see? i just compared andy vs roger federer, CB has 1.95 for both players, so does the bwin have, bet365 has 1.9 for both sides, jetwin and betcoin have 1.9 on both players too. Pinnacle has 1.97 for both site, but it is normal cos Pinnacle always has highest odds. At least this match-Wimbledon semi-final, I see CB has highest odds among all of btc sportsbooks.

We often have the highest odds for pre-match and live sports betting.
We have never - never, ever - modified a customers bet.
Our blackjack games are all certified by independent major testing labs, and our live dealer blackjack - as well as all of our other games - are 100% fair.

Are you talking about the live BJ or the one offered by their gaming system ? If its the gaming system one, then you should know its best to stay away from that on any site. And if you felt it was not fair then you should have stopped earlier instead of continuing playing there. In the end it could just have been bad luck.

It took me about 15 BTC before I realized it was impossible to win on Cloudbet at Blackjack. I did win a little on other games they have but NEVER on Blackjack. I quit playing at Cloudbet even though I won some on other games, if they have 1 crooked game why should I believe the others are legit. I guess it would be hard to cheat a sports book, but who knows.

Sorry - I only lost about 8.5 BTC over a couple of days -- and I do not think I was ever on the winning side of 1 single deposit...but hey - must have just been "bad luck"
