STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE - I contacted them several times about the BlackJack -- Of course I was told "Sorry about the Bad Cards dealt". So I continued to play for several days and a few thousand dollars of BTC- I can handle a few bad sittings at a BlackJack Table, but EVERY SINGLE time I sat it was the same story - I have never seen so many dealer draws to 21, so many pat 20's and the list goes on. Statistically it is not possible to have that much bad luck (or good luck if you are the house) -- The stupid part was me believing it is provably fair-- the problem with Provably Fair is the Seeds and the way "fair" is defined-- if the deck is stacked in favor of the house, then it will show that the cards are being dealt "Fair" if the hand is plugged in...
I am not complaining about the money lost, but I am just warning anyone that wants to play here to plan on not winning at BJ. Having said that, they offered to show it was a Fair hand and that it can be Proven-- i just do not think that the fact it can be plugged into a system and shows it that it means it is fair-- there are hundreds of ways to "reverse engineer" it to work out that way--

I'm trying to place a bet on Parramatta Eels -3.5 @ 1.92 and get the error:
'One or more of your selections were removed as previous bets have been made on them.'
Yet I havent made any previous bets on this market. This happens all the time.
Extremely frustrating.

Just two small details if possible to add any day:
1. on Bet history > pending , there aren't a way to see the expected amount if bet wins.
2. On single event view, there are several 'not available' options and it is necessary to browse a lot to find the available ones. Maybe moving the available options to the top...

yeah, waiting for CB's explanation, I saw this kind of complaints before, modify winning bets, delete winning bets, although I see this site has best pre-match odds, this kind of complaints won't attract me gambler there actually.

Of course I haven't placed a previous bet on them... You obviously don't want customers to use your site as you keep refusing bets. For the last 4 days every bet has been the same. That's it cloudbet, I'm done. I'm withdrawing all funds (probably have to wait a day or two for it to go through).

They have match your first deposit promotion. So you put in 0.25btc you get 0.25btc in the bonus bank.But you have to earn loyality points that acummulate from every bet and wager made. It extracts 0.01btc per 800 loyality points.
I figure I had to use up 5 credits with equals out to $0.25 to get one point.

Hi, anybody has seen changes on cloudbet today? The pending bets aren't on dashboard and on live sports there are several options disabled. Do you know if they changed something? if yes please roll it back!

Anyone know how long its supposed to take to process a withdrawal? Been several hours since i put in the request. Sent two emails...of course, the excellent customer service that Cloudbet has responded immediately...NOT!!! Have yet to hear anything from anyone. What a joke.

We launched a few new things yesterday so switched to manual withdrawals for a few hours while we tested. We have now resumed automated withdrawals. Also, all pending withdrawals have been processed.
