We had a few small issues which caused delays with deposits over the weekend but they have been resolved and all deposits are now instant. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Contacted support after 12 hours, took them almost a day to respond:

"Thanks for getting in touch with us, all of your pending bets have now been settled and your account credited accordingly."

Its been 6 hours since I got this response and the bet has still not been graded and is still pending. I contacted supported again, I guess it will be another day before they respond...

Just thought I would share with everyone what betting on Cloudbet and dealing with their customer support can be like. I've tried to be patient but I think this is unacceptable and people should know what to expect from them.



Update: After 60 hours and 3 emails to support they have finally graded the bet. It was a large bet and to have it hanging in the air while they keep you waiting for days on end is awful. Cloudbet improve your customer support ffs its just terrible.

they are too busy in refreshing their servers..
two days back i had also sent them mail for wrong bet selection i bet on middlesex and their system selected sussex ..i mailed them that their system was not beheaving well orderly and they replied back me today morning..almost 30 hours....with sad reply to me..just will say cloudbet you never accept your folly..never down on your knee..thinks you are perfect...please remove this thinking of yours..
you are the best gambling i ever know...you will be the best if you remove your i attitute..

any answer from the support? I see this site offers decent odds on tennis, I want to move my funds here, but I saw so many negative issues here, I don't want to lose my money on this kind of silly system fault, it is a cheat fault..

I truly do not understand all these complaints.
I have been betting with cloudbet on a regular basis for well over a year now and have never had any problems getting bets on, getting credited with winnings  and withdrawing.

The error VTC and I describe is real.

The one which occured yesterday is the first one in months for me, but as I posted it was a frequent problem for awhile.
There was an acknowledgement from Cloudbet and I was told they'd come up with a fix.
That was a few months ago, and I stopped having the problem until yesterday.

But I'm obviously not the only one.

I've never had a problem being credited with winnings, and I've always been paid although several times it took a few hours or more which I'm not comfortable with.

I hope they can come up with a permanent fix to the problem described. Never had this occur anywhere else.
Bets rejected due to line moves, yes, and the option to bet it at the new line. But betting something which is listed and then getting a message that the bet itself is no longer available (it's never been close to start of the game so that's never been the issue), no.

Cloudbet is completely awful. I hope that everyone that reads this stays far away. I've lost over $1000 with Cloudbet because they said I had "multiple accounts". I didn't, and after I told them that, they stopped responding to my emails.  They were also really rude through the couple emails that we did exchange.

STAY FAR AWAY from this BS book, everyone.

I had a lot of problems with this awhile ago, but was told about 3 or 4 months ago that it was solved.

WRONG!

I'm having the same problems as VTC.

Just wasted a lot of time logging into my wallet, sending btc to Cloudbet to make a bet, click on it, and "We've had to remove [bet description]  from your bet slip as that bet is no longer available."

Now I have to waste time withdrawing the funds, waiting for it to arrive, AND paying the miner fee for Cloudbet's mistake.

Get it together Cloudbet.
Stop displaying bets that you aren't willing to book.

It's stuff like this that keeps me from betting there except on rare occasions.

I have emailed support 3-4 times with no reply. Over the weekend I bet on UFC 187. My picks were parlays with Arlovski and 2 other fighters. When I added Arlovski it seemed to have Added Travis Browne with odds of +361, the +361 odds belonged to Arlovski and Not Travis Browne. This was an error in your system and should have been a winner on all 3 of my bets. I consider this a flaw in the system and just expect my bets to be cancelled and returned to my account. I never picked Travis Browne on my picks, Somehow the fighters got mixed up with the WRONG odds and resulted in Travis Browne with positive odds, when the positive odds belonged to Arlovski.

attached are screenshots clearly showing the error showing travis Browne being added to my picks, when I clearly wanted Arlovski with the PLUS odds. Help would greatly be appreciated.

Your original intended bet was on Travis Browne. You specifically selected Travis Brown at +361, your bet slip displayed "Travis Brown +361", the bet was accepted as such. Also you captured a screenshot showing the bet as you intended it, before the fight had taken place. You also did not write into our support until after the event had ended, and Brown lost.

As such, no refund will be made.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

you are correct i contacted you after the fight because i expected to cash out my winnings! there is no confirm bet option when i hit the bet line with the +361 that was for Arlovski and not travis browne! Really expected these bets to be cancelled, why is this hard to believe? thank you!
