Hello CloudBet,

I have emailed support 3-4 times with no reply. Over the weekend I bet on UFC 187. My picks were parlays with Arlovski and 2 other fighters. When I added Arlovski it seemed to have Added Travis Browne with odds of +361, the +361 odds belonged to Arlovski and Not Travis Browne. This was an error in your system and should have been a winner on all 3 of my bets. I consider this a flaw in the system and just expect my bets to be cancelled and returned to my account. I never picked Travis Browne on my picks, Somehow the fighters got mixed up with the WRONG odds and resulted in Travis Browne with positive odds, when the positive odds belonged to Arlovski.

attached are screenshots clearly showing the error showing travis Browne being added to my picks, when I clearly wanted Arlovski with the PLUS odds. Help would greatly be appreciated.

Last sunday in soccer live betting , when the score was 0:1 I believed that the hometeam would score the next goal and wagered on that. In the second half hometeam scored but finally I lost my betting !!!!!!!

You can probably just email them your Bet slip number or the link. I have had them respond to that quicker.
Did you bet on the 1st half or total match slot ?

i have no idea of that and the web shows ONLY ONE next goal market without any indication about whether its 1st half or total match slot.

Not about that. They seem available to place a bet but when you do that an error appears and says this bit is locked at this time please try in a few mins. I couldnt bet because of this error and maybe loose many btcs due to this damned thing

Eventually got credited 1hr 30 minutes later. But the match is over. So that twice in a row I've had some kind of issue. At least withdrawals are fast :-)

oh thats odd, it say on the site that it should show up soon after hitting the blockchain and it seems that some time already have passed from your deposit. if i were you i would definitely contact them somehow, did you try doing that?

And the layout sucks, I even couldn't find RM vs juventus before the match began.. How bad experience it was.

I believe that both the websites have a pretty descent layout and I don't thinks its morally correct to advertise other sites on someone else's thread. However yes I believe that the threads have always been low on cloudbet as compared to others also I don't like the emails that I keep on getting from them.
