to look like a fly behind shit (posting on all threads  related of casino) will not be helping your cause
This is the definition for signature spammers like you! Cheesy

Oh really?

Do you remember this thread: ⚖️ Crypto Gambling Foundation ⚖️ - Fair Gambling For All

right?

this thread has 10 pages and you made more than 18 posts in this thread and see your first post:

It is nice that there is an initiative for making everything fair and standardized. Few questions though, I'd like to discuss this in-depth.

1. I would like to know if you plan this to be something like the ICANN of cryptocurrency gambling?
2. How will this foundation enforce their laws onto gambling sites?
3. Who will govern the foundation?
     a. If there would be a governing body, who will vote?
     b. If there would be election, who are eligible to vote?

I'll think of more questions and you'll surely hear more from me here on this thread.
The foundation can not enforce its laws onto gambling sites if they are not willing to accept it.

But they can publicise a list of sites who agree to fulfil the rules of the foundation and players can use it as a guide.

If the foundation is able to collect money, it could enforce the publicly stated and valid laws against the shady operators. Based on my experience, in most cases the problem is not that victims can not do anything, the problem is that most claimants are not willing to spend anything!

and see your latest post on this thread:

How does the Crypto Gambling Foundation ensure that customers will not get scammed?

How does the Crypto Gambling Foundation enforces claims after a customer was scammed?

BetKing is on your list and scammed many customers, how did you enforce those claims?

 Grin

Not the number of posts determine whether or not it is spam! It is the content that determines whether it is or not! Wink

Why did not you register your account with Game Protect and play with consumer protection service inclusive?

Because nobody would trust you to hold 2 beans for them.

@OP, here is the Cloudbet thread on the forum:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloudbet-sportsbook-and-casino-bet-with-btc-and-bch-100-deposit-bonus-333552

They are very active in answering questions there. You should post a comment in that thread and get more information that way.
Around 600 victims already contacted Game Protect and we handle claims totaling over $7 million!

Nobody trust us? Cheesy

What a dumb blatant liar you are!

so why do not you create a thread where you post proof that you can offer better services
Better service than who?

You surely missed it, but we are the only online gaming consumer protection service in this world enforcing claims through legal action!

We cover everything:

1) Play with consumer protection service inclusive right from the start

2) After naive player got scammed, we still offer to enforce the money owed

and proof that there are people who contacted you
If I do this, what will happen then?

Do you think the attackers and signature spammers promoting criminal casinos will stop attacking Game Protect?

The proof is already posted in my thread Game Protect - Online gaming consumer protection service

Yet the attackers continue to attack! Smiley

and were able to recover your funds?
Also already posted in my thread.

They probably can't just refund it because the deposit & withdrawal might be an attempt of money laundering by the user.
According to OP, the user said as soon as he/she sent the deposit the account got locked.
So it is too early to state that it was a money laundering attempt (deposit & withdraw). But so far it looks like a geo-restriction issue as said by Yahoo.

Cloudbet needs to join here to tell their part of the story. Does anyone inform them about this accusation?

-snip-

I think it's pretty shady honestly to say we are keeping your money vs just refunding to the address funds were deposited from and not allowing a player to bet.

They probably can't just refund it because the deposit & withdrawal might be an attempt of money laundering by the user.
So basically, cloudbet is probably forced by law to do so. This will most likely happen whenever a reasonable amount of money (whatever "reasonable" is) is involved.

Reference:

@JollyGood The issue being referenced was addressed further back in the thread. The user had deposited then tried to withdraw without playing through any funds. To comply with AML laws we have to request ID. Any information we receive is kept for our own account security purposes and never disclosed to a third party. We also comply with all data removal requests as standard.

What is a DT?
Default Trust user. Basically, anyone whose feedback is shown by default here.

Sorry for your loss man. Better luck next time.
There's still a chance to get that money back, if the OP was able to provide all the necessary documents to support his claim.
Remember Cloudbet was able to solved the problem on withdrawal of 330BTC, I think they can also solve the OP's problem too.

Though this is alarming because many scam accusations on Cloudbet early this year.
If this thing is legit claim, I think Cloudbet also need to resolve this one - Cloudbet Stole 55.35BTC of mine

The only reference I can find regarding KYC and withdrawals is here:
If you are also from an area prohibited from betting on their site, they state you will lose your deposit and close your account.
Actually they don't... they say (twice) that they reserve the right to shut your account down and refund you money... but again, no mention of KYC

5.4.2. We reserve the right to close your account and to refund to you the Account Balance at our sole and absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
8.3. Cloudbet reserves the right to close your account and refund the balance of your account without further explanation.  Subject to any provision of these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, outstanding bets will ordinarily be honored.  Further, we retain the right to suspend the whole or any part of the service for any reason at our sole discretion and in such event we may but shall not be obliged to give you any notice, however, we shall endeavor to provide you with such notice as we deem practicable.

Personally, I think they should honour these T&Cs... and simply give the OP their funds back... and then seriously consider updating their T&Cs and FAQ.

Read their ToS. If it states they may ask for id verification for any reason, then you must submit the verification. If not, then maybe DT will h step in and tag them.

I'm not able to view their site as I'm from an area they dont accept bettors. If you are also from an area prohibited from betting on their site, they state you will lose your deposit and close your account.

Seems like they want Id to verify you're from an area it's legal to gamble on their site from and are using the blanket disclaimer to claim funds from users who are trying to bypass their system.

I think it's pretty shady honestly to say we are keeping your money vs just refunding to the address funds were deposited from and not allowing a player to bet.

I made deposit into cloudbet in the amount of .7 btc.  As soon as I sent the deposit I was locked out of my account.

I emailed their support and was told I need to send documentation such as my ID, etc.

I argued that I was supposed to be able to play anonymously so why should I have to send my identification? At this point I just asked for a refund and they are refusing unless I provide this proof of ID. Considering the BTC account is anonymous and the cloudbet account is anonymous, what could they possibly need to compare my ID to? There is nothing to match it too.

I am simply asking to refund my btc the same way they received it. I provided all of the blockchain proof to match the deposit. They are refusing.

This is clearly a scam to take peoples money!

If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.
