To companies of this thickness the tendency of the NFT will allow they to generate revenues practically creating content at a truly limited cost, in practice they are printing money.
The advantages of NFT in terms of printing content are indeed commendable because the concept is in that direction, so the benefits are very clear that content lovers are very suitable to use NFT as their support in their work.

It must attract a lot of attention from publicity. Non-fungible tokens are a real bandwagon now, so companies that follow this trend will be successful in it. I haven’t heard about this event before, but I will definitely investigate this topic and follow it. Unfortunately, I will not participate in this because their NFTs must be too expensive. What about you?

And actually if you realize it looking at the stats from all NFT marketplaces plus the prices that people are paying, the numbers are dropping everywhere. Max and min prices are dropping. Volumes are dropping. More NFTs and yet fewer buyers,,, the bandwagon is already falling apart as too many people got on board with nothing to show for it. And people are tiring from buying valueless items.

I hate this kind of journalism, it doesn't give you the real source, it gives you source of the source so that you go to source that got it from the source that you go to eventually. Just show me the tweet, the web page, the article or whatever that official coca cola written, just put it under the whole article and say that "here is the source we got it from" and we can go there and see it ourselves, instead we are moved to another news website that sends us to another website that says "go check coca cola about it", really man? That is the main source? Go check coca cola?

What is wrong with journalism these days, I didn't become a journalist just so I could see these type of idiotic stuff, I work tirelessly just to find interesting news with proper sources that I can present if needed be, not "yeah we heard that..." type of journalism. I do not believe in this coca cola thing at all until I am shown some proof, and only after that I will... well still not care at all.

they doing it because want to improve brand awarness and social acceptance in global environment , as global company Coca Cola has huge contribution to employment in several countries  and by this NFT project this company hoped not following trend only but also give real contribution. When cryptocommunity now about this NFT atleast they will know this company too.

It's not just being "in" the trend. It's all about good marketing too and I can say they did good by doing this kind of charity/combined advertisement.
But who knows if they will continue it. Maybe it will just be for the event while a lot of people are watching the Olympics.
Coca-Cola company had roots with soda industry but the competition is also strong with different brands and flavors to show off.
Again, this is a good idea and they may manage to take the sales to higher numbers once again. Just don't forget water is still better for your bodies.  Grin
as i said above, this company want to attract new buyer for their product that come from crypto community. The community in crypto market was spread around the world , Coca Cola know how potential it is.

large companies and popular personalities can easily make use of the nft trend because theres always a guarantee that their nft item be sold at a high price but no need to be jelous because the profit for the nft sales are not going to their personal pocket but they  donate it for the people that are in need .
nft is useful than the meme and other past trends , i wish it will last more longer so that it can help more lives .
Well it will only help other people like what Coca Cola did here is for charity. But we seldom see this, majority of individuals or big entities entering the market thru NFT is to make profit out of it.

So we really appreciate what the company is doing here, they enter the market not for profit but the proceeds will go to charitable institutions. I just do hope that people are going to buy those NFT knowing that their money is of good cause and that they are willing to shell out big money out of their pockets.
we cant avoid it .
if there is trend there will also people that want to make use of this oppurtunity to make profits . there will be buyers of this nft because coca cola is a famous company and much more if they will only make limited and rare nft  . coca cola may not earn profits from this but they will got recognition in return and thats more valueable

Great inovation from coca cola, as we know the owner of coca cola is warren buffet which years ago said bitcoin was a bubble, But right now his company is adopting NFT which is part of bitcoin world or cryptocurrency space. So i think rich people are already admitting that cryptocurrency is a real deal in the future.
i think warren buffet is a stock holder although he hold huge amount of stock i don't know whether it can be said that his decision could influence the company.
but yeah its good to see that they consider nft as a good option for their charity purpose, maybe they see the hype around it and decides that nft could be a good way to attract public attention, hopefully there gonna be many things like this in the future.

The world's most popular soft drinks giant, Coca Cola has made an official announcement of getting into NFT (Nonfungible Tokens) to raise money for Special Olympics International. The NFT collections, created in partnership with digital designer Tafi, were “inspired by video-game loot boxes” and contain “hidden surprises” available only to those who purchase the artwork. A three-day auction for the Coca-Cola branded NFTs will commence on July 30.

“Each NFT was created to celebrate elements that are core to the Coca-Cola brand, reinterpreted for a virtual world in new and exciting ways,” said Selman Careaga.

NFT is the latest trend in cryptocurrency and many companies are rushing to adopt the idea.

In my opinion, there are a lot of bubbles in NFT, and there is still a big gap between its selling price and the value of creating it. If it is a collectible, I would prefer to collect physical objects instead of calling hundreds of thousands or even more to pay for the avatar. Crown.

I like how they take advantage of NFT for charity, basically making the world better but also showing to the world the real use case of NFT.
Hopefully it's gonna wash off the stigma that NFT is just merely a hype but also have a real functionality and one of them is for something like game and art.
many artist have submitted their artwork in NFT marketplace as I've seen and it's better than having no such market place.

I'm really glad to hear or read a great news like this. It's amusing to know some common brand in our real lives to familiarized them self with the crypto world because that's the sign of massive adoption become nearer. It's probably not the system adoption or technology fundamental adoption because it will take many efforts to adapt it for sure. NFT is the most popular topic in the crypto world currently, and it's fairly easy to made for certain occasion so it's easy to understand how institution and popular figure interested to use it as a tool. This is just the beginning I believe, there's much great news ahead.

hopefully the market will get better again with this event.
I hope so but it looks like so many parties were starting to take a look at the crypto right now. I have seen that there are a bunch of new companies that said that if their clients are interested to invest in cryptocurrency. Coca cola was giving a very good advertisement to the crypto and it seems like that will be triggering more and more parties to take a look at how potential the crypto is.
Crypto is about getting explode very soon. Glad to see more companies think about this

Yes there are so many cryptocurreny adoption from many big companies lately, recently i heard paypal will launch their super app to provide bitcoin transaction which is really big because paypal users are around the world and i'm sure if it's happen and run smoothly, bitcoin and crypto holders are gaining numbers so much and will impact the price positively

No doubt cryptocurrency space is getting attention. Coca-Cola is a big name world wide and if they are able to continue with this, it will be a big attraction. Coca-Cola actually needs blockchain for there product and that will be a big boost. Many more beverage companies could replicate this as soon as it pulls through because it is still all about competition.

A good initiative that Coca-Cola plans to established some NFT's for charity purposes.

With that goal, I'm sure many will cooperate. I'm not just sure for hardcore Coca-Cola stuff collectors if NFT will bring them excitement. They want hard and physical stuff to collect instead of untouchable NFT. But at least, I know some of them will still want to have a piece of this NFT because it's a limited edition.

Hoping they will make good sales out of selling their own NFT's.

Did you guys know Cocacola did save 100$ million/yr by using blockchain. Also They working with UBT and "provide" which have some project in NFT with servicenow that i think this one might something to do with cocacola NFT. you can read it here:
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/low-code-blockchain-applications-servicenow-provide-nicola-attico
Many people only think NFT is only for JPG things and only limited for arts and its completly wrong. NFT could be use in many cases such as a proof of an event. NFT would be bigger than we could imagine it will be use by enterprise and in the future.

I am waiting for the other companies ASAP like amazon
it seems like you must wait even longer to see amazon to accept crypto. Amazon already made an announcement to clarify about its intention to accept crypto and amazon denies that if it will be accepting bitcoin as a payment system. The big companies will need thousand times to decide whether it will be accepting a new thing or not.
it can be seen from the latest news that already published by amazon itself dude. Just check it out

Interesting, it's a nice move from Coca-Cola soda.
The rejection by soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo caused him to lose several million.
I think it is the best time to enter this new world, good luck for the company...
Coca cola is not going to create an artwork company so this is their publicity stunt to recover from that Ronaldo issue. These kind kf charities are not going to be useful for anyone and also NFT is not going to help the cryptocurrency market.
