Been waiting on withdraw for days, support not responding to emails...hopefully just the weekend they weren't working?

Deposits are always INSTANT with ZERO confirmations.  Your withdrawal took some time because you cannot withdraw bitcoin that is not confirmed.  This of course is one of our most important security checks to prevent abuse.  While there were delays in the chain that caused your deposit be delayed, we still gave you the ability to play with it but you can't withdraw it until it is confirmed.  Thank you.

honestly from a players perspective (or atleast mine) i would rather wait for 1 confirmation on my deposits than 12+ hours for my "instant withdrawal"...

while i was waiting on my instant withdraw my deposits had 80+ confirms....

finally got a response from support, too bad it was for an issue that happened 3 days ago and has already been fixed, while ignoring the issue that is going on now

Instant withdrawals = what time frame?
Its been almost 12 hours since withdrawal has been confirmed and price of BTC has dropped almost $20/ BTC which is why the timeframes for bitcoins is so important...  , i thought instant meant instant?

Houston, we got a problem!At least for me!
The dice is working pretty bad, in the tournament at least, It doesn't updates in real time the amount of win or multiplier or win chance or changing the under/over option... is it normal?

i have no clue since my bet history will not allow me to look back that far, but i think it would be fair to just refund the deposits i made before the bug was fixed just to give me peace of mind knowing i didnt get cheated
