I played there a few days ago and my deposit was instant and my withdrawl took only minutes. It was for a bigger amount, like .5 btc, so not sure if that makes a difference. Coinbet is ok in my book tho

LMAO, it is agonizing actually, like your name. But have you tried 100% deposit bonus in other casinos before?
I seldom see who can withdraw the money after requesting a bonus cos if you can't complete the rollover, I think here is also 50X, like betcoin.ag. In other casinos, 35X rollover is an impossible mission, I never see some guys who withdrew the deposit or bonus, they all failed, and lost the deposits and bonuses before completing the ridiculous high rollover, IMO you shouldn't request it and coinbet is protecting you from losing money(just kidding).
Actually they have the same bonus policy as betcoin, which is pretty awesome.
The funds are held completely seperate from your withdrawable money. The playthrough is pretty steep, but it doesn't lock any money up, and as soon as you clear it (probably 1-2% chance of this happening) it transfers to your main balance.
Regardless - they clearly are having issue... I think this story is most likely true, I'm still waiting "just" 4 days for a response. They should be ashamed.

I think this site has potential, among other aspects the instant cashouts and withdraws have worked great for me.
However Ive had issues regarding my affiliate account and had to email them a couple times.
Its consistently taken 24-72+ hours for each response, and is often a one line, obviously rushed response only adressing some of the issues in email and neglecting others which results in simple requests taking a week plus of painfully slow back and forth.
Betcoin support is much better in this department.
I hope coinbet gets their shit together as they seem to have the potential to be a great site.

OP doesnt care about refunding . I have sent him an email since 5 days ago informing him to refund my bet that was lost because of the bug.
Just for clarification, I have been refunded as well for the bug and have withdrawed them but still I think people need to do their own research before playing at this site because some things like this could happen again and it takes days for support to answer and fix this issue.
