Sorry coindragon I voted for 1 on your poll of the latest weekly competition. Simply because I do not like the game Seems that there are not many people interested to participate on it as well, unlike the previous competitions. Hope the current competition will end sooner lol so I can see new competition with different game (mines maybe).

Actually there are times that we newly registered our account and suddenly we forgot our password,also their are times that we will forgot it because we have so many different accounts from the other websites especially if we didn't list it immediately on our notepads or any other safe place.
But since the issue is already there the best thing to do is to report it to the support since they will do a documentation about the lose password or email so by the time you register an account again they will not suspiciously think that you are doing something illegal on their platform.

Thats why we highly recommend everyone to add email so that we can recover your account for you.
You shouldn't have multiple accounts and you should always be very careful with your log in:s (we highly recommend all to use 2FA).
You can of course always contact support and see if they can help you remember your details.
But if you've lost the account and cannot at all remember and recover it, I'd advise you to open a new one.
It happened with me as well, I lost my first account (bitinity) as I did not set email at that time. I created new one bitinity1 and I use it till now. I did not mean to have multiple account, but it is considered as against the rule then you are free to block or ban my accounts. But as coindragon said the user who encounter this scenario should contact them via support for proper documentation so that you will not mistakenly get ban for multiple account creation reason.

Most gambling sites do really have that kind of rule or part of their ToS about multi-accounting but there are instances or scenarios which are excluded just like on the situation above
but most of the time you wont really get banned if you dont do something even if you do have lots (like abusing faucets, bonuses etc.) then you would do just fine.

The rule for multiple accounts is applicable in the cases of active accounts and alt:s. Those we do not want.
If someone loses his/her account and cannot recover it, it'll be a "dead" account hence we understand the need to create a new.
However we strongly recommend to contact us and our excellent support and they might help recover an account in some cases.
And of course to register an email address as then it's highly unlikely to lose the account.
On a separate note I think you'll be pleased to hear that we have now implemented stop on win/lose in autobet + made several other improvements!

Anyway, just to say that I entered the game, claimed the free rolls, but I am not sure exactly how to play X Factor, so I just clicked the autoroll,,, and it finished all 5 of it for me. I only won 1 so it was 10 satoshi x5 = 50 haha.
