It has now been 11 days and 6 hours since I submitted my ticket to CoinExchange.io. I have also reached out to them here, on Twitter, and have yet to receive any response whatsoever. This is a bit beyond frustrating. Sad

Does anyone know where they are actually located?

One of their self-stated pillars is "excellent customer support" - they are really missing that one so far.

I don't have any problems with CoinExchange, fast replies, withdrawals always received.

I didn't either for a LONG time, but for some reason now I can't get anywhere. Its been a few hours short of 10 days and they still haven't told me why I am locked out. When I try to log in, I just see "Account is Locked" and nothing else.

My ticket "#17475 Account Locked" has been open for nine days and 18 hours... They haven't posted anything at all - no reason, no explanation, no nothing...if I violated their ToS or something or did something I wasn't supposed to do, I am fine with being banned or something, but they should at least TELL me. Its wrong for them to just hang onto my coin with no explanation or anything. I haven't been rude or crass or anything, I haven't been abusive (nor will I be, its counterproductive), I am just a bit frustrated that I have been locked out.

It has now been a week since I was locked out with no warning and no statement about what I had done to warrant a lockout. Please be VERY careful with this exchange.

Just an update for everyone....its been almost 4 days now and I have received no response whatsoever to my ticket (other than having an accidental ticket closed), email, or attempts to reach them via social media.

I will update if I hear something. This kind of shut-out with no warning whatsoever and with no discernable policy violation and with coins inside is very concerning.

Hey guys, my account was locked by Coinexchange.io almost three days ago and I have yet to hear from them. Has this happened to anyone before? I submitted a ticket (#17475 if you guys read this forum) as soon as I realized the account was locked, but I have yet to hear anything back.

Does anyone have experience with this? I would really like to get back into my account. Any ideas?

Don't deposit now.
BQX took more than 4 days to maintain... Just wait after the wallet is online to deposit.

I'm waiting to deposit there POStoken from few days. But "Warning: This currency is currently in maintenance mode." and I can't even generate depositing address.

Do you know how fast they are fixing such problems? POStoken is just a token over ETH!

I was able to receive the BQX tokens after the wallet is online today.
Everything works great!
CoinExchange is OK.

Unbelievable! So they CLOSED out my ticket without leaving any reason why. I responded back to reopen the ticket, to let Coinexchange.io know that I have 0 balance on both Coinexchange.io and Binance and the BQX is still nowhere to be found.

Should we start to gather our issues with them ? I am sure that if 100 users have problems, a class action sort-of could be done

They finally resolved my issue by reprocessing the withdrawal. It took 10 days, but I am glad it has been resolved. Not sure why it had that error in the first place and why it was closed out.

That was too long to resolved but good thing they fixed it like if it's happened to me I will surely flood their support with messages.
Maybe I was lucky when I use coinexchange.io it smoothly works for me that's why reading this thread makes me think twice if I still use their platform or not.
Hope sooner these problems will be resolve by their team or else they'll loss all traders that keeps using it.

Good to hear that you received your coins.
I've sent some BQX to Coinexchange but not notice that their BQX wallet is under maintenance. Now, i'm little worry, since i don't know how long it usually takes.
I hope my coin will be synced after the maintenance.

Got an issue with them about the delisting of coins. I bought MNM recently and after a few days it was delisted. Aparently when you scroll down on the page, you can see a press release that some coins were gonna be delisted. The answer i got on my ticket was, that they released the news a month prior to the the delisting, so i had enough time to remove it. Even when i bought MNM a week ago.... Is it really that hard to give a notice in my wallet or order book? They expect me to explore the entire page before i buy a coin? Really wonder what happend to my MNM, because you can still trade them on other exchanges.

I also had coexistcoin in my wallet, they removed it also. I  DID get a notice for that coin in my wallet, that it was gonna be delisted and i had to remove it. but only after they removed the ability to trade or withdraw it.

Well, i removed all my coins from there once I saw the mods banning people for nothing and the owners wanting crazy listing fees. After researching I also noticed there where several coinexs that was involved in scams. Including an exchange with a similar named that did a runner a few years back. I decided it wasn't worth trading here any more.

Hallo,

AMMO devs said coinexchange list their coins for free right after ico end, and seems the have proof about it by support ticket.

Is coinexchange really to going to exit scam?

Since i have invested 3 btc on it, i would like to know if coinexchange made this promise to ammo devs.

Already sent a pm to ammodev to show me their support ticket with coinexchange admin.

Coinexchange ripped me off locked up my account took all my tokens do not use them scam alert

Really!?!?!?! You too!?!?!? Yo I'm going to pursue them criminally and civilly. They stole 1.2BTC from me!!! For No good reason. I contacted one group of law enforcement, next I contact the FBI cyber fraud department. If I have a few people doing the same it might motivate them to prioritize bring these guys in.

*****WARNING .... scam site? ... I Dunno but this is really fucked up.

[img]I was remote booted out coinexchange the other day. I had an alt peaking and there was a really tasty buy order I was going to fulfill for a nice profit. When I clicked 'confirm' it wouldn't process. I clicked refresh and got booted. Then when I tried to log back in coin exchange wouldn't let me, it kept saying "improper credentials" or something like that. I got really mad, I couldn't get in, couldn't complete my trade and market was capping. It also made no sense since I'd only just signed up and I copy pasted my password, so how could it be possible? ... I tried to email support, that wouldn't work either as it requires you to log in to contact them... great... They do have an email though it wasn't super clear, nor did I hear anything back until today... I think 5 days later... the glitch already corrected itself yesterday or the day before I think, so I went about trading. I also Didn't mind the interface, liked it, though it's hard to say positive things after what just happened, which I'll get to.

So the other day when I couldn't log in, and I was literally losing about $1500-$2000USD maybe more actually... 2000 x .000265000 (BTC) = ok it was $3180 (at the time .53BTC) - even more with the new ATH today.

Obviously it wasn't all profit, but I lost it all until another rise. The price capped then bottomed while I was locked out, and my coin was still inside, I lost the whole bundle.

At some point while I was losing my mind trying to understand why I couldn't just update my password to get in (obviously this wasn't working) at some point I got pissed off, and I dunno if I emailed them then or the a couple of days later after I got back in and the site kept asking me to log in so I could start a support ticket about that, or about the slow delay I was experience in transferring my coin. Now I know the delays, well I suspect as this was alt coin not BTC, but I suspect the delays for alt have zero to do with the exchanges, but I guess I was still pissed about the other day or something, so at some stage, after being awake all night trading trying to make the money back I lost, I must have sent this while waiting over an hour for a GRS transfer, though I completely forgot about it:

 Hi,

Just wondering WHY deposits take so long? I know how block chains work, and I get that the miners might be overloaded, or maybe your system is shit. But, it's annoying trying to trade between exchanges.

EVERYTIME I am delayed, the coin comes through right after the price changes significantly for that coin.. is it a conspiracy?

to which, after all the crap is over and done with and I'm just cooling down, left some buy orders, doing other things, happily trading away, minding my own business, I got this back... oh, on the same day it was send as well, unlike my many actual support tickets.

Hi Cname withheeelllddddd,

We don't tolerate you abusing our staff members - your account is no locked.

Wow.  Undecided Shocked    the email they wrote me contained the above one...so I wrote back like "how was that abusing staff?" with a million laughing faces and telling them I'm going to just pursue legal action, since they're intently stealing my roughly 1.2BTC... that's not a joke. For some "your system is shit" after costing me $3200, currently worth even more, they don't investigate the issue, they don't apologise. They just nuke my account and steal my coin!?!?!?!? It's insane. I've never had a moderator that was that much of a malicious psychopath before... Yeah, cool, they're offended by the 's' word... what is the moderator think this is? Kindergarten?

I reviewed their TCs and what I did didn't breach them. It's only a breach in open conversation, so they don't have a legal leg to stand on even if TCs were enough to override basic online anti-theft laws. ... which obviously they aren't.

After I question 'how I abused staff?' I received the following response:

Hi Cname witheeellllddddddd,

You wrote this - fuckoffaskingallthisdumbshit. That is abuse.

Sincerely,

CoinExchange.io Support Team

Ummmmmm OKKKKK!? Wth! That message was what I wrote to the SYSTEM when it kept asking me for my password and login etc... by the time I even wrote the smart ass message about their system being shit (it has some kinks but otherwise decent) I didn't think my support tickets were even going anywhere, I thought I was writing to scan bots that had no souls. I had the problem on the 29th I think? I wrote that crap on the 1st without hearing a word... It's Wednesday!

WoW... Thanks coin trade!

I've since wasted ANOTHER 3 hours writing them a really long and life wasting email explaining how there is no legal justification for stealing that much money from me and how I will do this and do that, not rude at all, just specific in legal jargon.

But aside from it being totally criminal, it's morally defunct. I am VERY disturbed by coin exchange doing this to me after all the drama it caused me when their site was glitching... and it was definitely glitching, it worked fine later on and when I got back inside they'd updated it. That isn't why I couldn't get in, it was live when I was trying to get in, but after the update no more glitch.

So yeah, I don't know if it's Charles Manson or what running their support, but I'd be veeeerrrrry careful trading in their exchange. That kind of unwarranted immoral and in this case criminal behavior is EXACTLY what I want to avoid dealing in Crypto instead of fiat.

I have no idea how to get my coin back other than contacting the FBI. I've already ICSPA and FBI is next. ANyone know anyone else legally that might be good? My uncles are lawyers in CA, I'm in not Stateside so I'm waiting to hear from them see if they can take this shit fight on... but what a waste of time.

All they had to do was ignore, laugh or delete the ticket... or I dunno, maybe ask what my problem is seeing as I was just pissed off the other day thinking I was emailing a lifeless robot.

So I dunno if they're a scam site, they're pretty well coded for that, but definitely there's some immoral people or 1 immoral person working in their company with a massive chip on their shoulder.

We'll that's good to know that you already had a relief like I saw this thread and can't believe it's really true. I mean been using coinexchange for months and never git an issue using it. Maybe what happened to you are just a miscommunication of both parties or just really accidentally the chances hits you.
