Hey guys, a former respondent in this thread, just curious to know how many from this forum are coming (if you don't mind sharing). @Mbitr @cygan you're guys I recognise from WO, anyone else you know going.

Have never able to make it, but I might do this one finally if I can wrangle some free time + someone to take over my rather hard-to-replace specialised domestic duties.

This is going to be EPIC!!

We've passed 1500 claimed tickets! We're already hitting records statistics for our November event and there is still plenty to organise!

We should have our own ticket system back up soon and when we do everyone's EventBrite ticket will be converted to our system, this allows to collect much more information about our attendees (At their discretions) allowing us to better plan the event and customise a little more to attendee preference. 

Quick update:

Although our event is attracting a record numbers of tickets, due to the layout of the event & it being hosted across multiple rooms we aren't affected by the recent government news on large gatherings

To confirm, to attend there will be
- NO Masks required
- NO Vaccine passports

Lastly today (22nd July) we are two weeks away from our sponsorship prices going up 10%

Speaker Requests: Current interest list sits at 126 submissions and growing! We're working to expand into two speaker halls. Sponsors are given priority on slots but of course we'd like to fill the line-up best we can.

Trading Room: 2021 will see our first Trading Room, dedicated to Crypto trading hosting Q&A sessions, Trading Panel, Trading Demos and advice from some of the best in the industry! Some exciting news coming soon! Stay tuned

We've had another follow-up with the local council, everything is still on course for the November event.

Talking to international guests and helping with VISA applications, positive feedback and many international visitors excited for the event.

Ticket numbers are currently 1241 and getting a lot of requests for sponsorship information and speaker requests (Over 120 on our list now!)

Help us spread the word of our events and earn yourself some Satoshis in the mean time!

We're looking for event promoters to help us spread the word of our event. Preferably based around the UK but happy to work with international folk.

You'll need to:
- Understand CoinFestUKs vision and event goals
- Be available for us to keep you updated on the event schedule
- Engage with people who ask about the event, don't just be spamming message boards etc

We're approaching different users groups from Beginners to B2B clients aswell University groups.

Rewards:
- VIP Goodie Bag and back stage access to the setup/management and content at the event
- Get added to our list for access to future events (We have 4/5 in the planning for 2022)
- Bag yourself some CBE tokens to spend
- Bitcoin apparel - As you can guess we've got a lot of Bitcoin/Crypto apparel, we'll make sure you're all kitted out.
- We've been gifted some artwork as part of the art gallery, we'll be giving these out amongst our volunteers!

We are working to make 2021 our biggest event yet, we've got awesome support from the UK community and international community. Tickets are approaching 1200 for the event! We've increased floor space and speaker capacity, we're increasing exhibitor space and CryptoArtEvent display space!
