Our sponsorship opportunities PDF is nearly complete, if you are interested in sponsoring our event please get in touch for a copy.

Working with our designers, we have now planned the 1st February 2017 as the deadline for sponsors to provide their logos for inclusion in our main marketing materials.

Of course logos provided earlier than this may be included in press releases and other pre-event promotions, so the earlier you can send the logos the better!

What is this about?

Do people just go to this thing and talk about cryptos?

Yep that's the idea.

Beginners can learn about cryptos, visitors who already know about cryptos can see / meet other crypto enthusiasts and see demonstrations of some of the latest crypto projects.

We also have a variety of speakers presentations and other crypto activities.

Welcome to Bitcointalk  Grin

Awesome! That would be amazing, definitely something we can discuss. We already have an idea of layout but of course that will probably change until a month or so before.

As last year we created custom CoinFest flyers about the events at CoinFestUK (Like GameCredits demo, ROKOS set up etc) so it would be good to work with you to do the same (Limiting the information where you see appropriate)

Drop me a PM with your contact details and we will discuss more

I'll definitely be in contact. Incidentally I've had a bit of a cockup happen this weekend with a hardware delivery. Delivered to a closed business and it's nowhere to be seen, go Hermes Sad

I've just registered on the forum, but while I am waiting for my account to be approved I'd like to ask a question here.

I'm currently working on a project that has the potential to change the way that people view Bitcoin, not those that already use it now, but the wider population. It's a combination of hardware and software, and I may have some prototype/demonstration hardware ready in time for Coinfest next year. Not planned, but the timings just happen to be about right.

What would happen with regards to being able to attend with a bunch of hardware and a few servers, and setting up a demonstration system? I'm not ready to release too much information yet, however Coinfest does seem an ideal venue to announce it all. Rather than bits of information online, demo a fully working setup at a public venue Smiley

As stated on the CoinFest forum, I think it's fine if you're funding the wallets, yourself. You're basically just making them buy Bitcoin.

Hey guys (I posted this in the CoinFest forum a few weeks back but would like to see people's opinions here aswell)

This is just an idea (and I know it goes against one of the fundermental rules of CoinFest!) but I think it has some justice as an idea that 'might' work.

What if we charge visitors were charged a £1 fee for a ticket for CoinFest but on attending CoinFest they receive this £1 back in Bitcoin as a paper wallet.

As with the last CoinFestUK I am looking to show a Bitcoin / crypto focused documentary at the event in between speaker presentations.

Last time we had the awesome Bitcoin: The End Of Money As We Know It (With thanks to Torsten!), would anyone like to see a particular documentary?
