The deadline is coming up for sponsor logos (We are aiming for the 1st Feb as plenty of time then for design). Keep this date in mind if you are sponsoring (Thinking of sponsoring)!

If anyone is interested in sponsoring the event, send me a PM. We have different levels of brand sponsorship available and some one-off opportunities. Most of our standard sponsorship packages have been taken but we are open to negotiate.

We are trying to get all sponsor information before the 1st Feb so we can get proofs of media and our press articles written in plenty of time.

Just a quick update guys

Speakers:
- Nearly all our speaker slots are full and we have requests to process. We have discussed with some speakers having shorter presentation times (30 minutes) to fit more slots in.
- We are aiming to have all speaker presentations recorded, these will then be edited and uploaded to our website

Activities:
- We are working with a partner / sponsor to run a developer 'Hackathon'. All details will be released several weeks before the event. If you like fixing code (Wallet source code) and would like to claim some BTC then keep an eye out for further details.
- We are aiming on running Mining education sessions, with the same set up as Bitcoin education sessions but focused on Mining / Mining basics
- We are working with the awesome Dev from the Battlecoin.org game, we will have a UK based server set up for faster game for our event!

Raffles:
- As at our last event to be entered into a raffle attendees must grab themselves a ticket (Free of charge). As some of you may have already seen (On our twitter) we are already building our list of goodies for the raffles but there is much more to come.

Documentary:
- As we did last year we would like to show a Bitcoin documentary at the event (The last events documentary was very well received) but with all the speaker requests we have received / processed we may have to leave a documentary out of this years event.

Crypto Art Gallery:
- As some of you know I am also hosting Crypto Art Gallery and some of the awesome artists who will be present at the art gallery will also be showing their artwork at CoinFestUK!

Understood, but the image you have doesn't show your skill set! Your dedication to your project and skills will show threw.  I know some very flash - SLR driving business men that have no skill set, many stories get them there.

I feel that turning up in a small 3 wheeled van with a half finished project may seem a bit "Trotterish" That's actually one reason my funds are a bit short at the moment, buying myself an old Reliant van to drive around in .

I'm not too sure how much I will have got done by then. I'm still working on getting my kiosk software back to the point it was at before I started to re-design it. I would like to have something to demo, but can't be certain I can get there, depends on how the Trotter wagon goes.

If you just want to discuss your project / give people the general idea about your project I'm happy for you to have a short slot. You may find people willing to help / contribute

I was going to be attending with my Coin Fusion project, but shit hitting the fan recently has put a stop to that! Being a personally funded project, unfortunately other things have to come first at the moment.

I will hopefully be attending to meet others and have a look at other peoples projects. If anything I will have my phone with me and some of the mobile software I am developing at the moment

We have just added SSL to our site ready for the site launch soon and to help secure our ticket system.

The website will hopefully be up soon we are just waiting for a few people to confirm activities for the day then we should have it live.

We will be having some Bitcoin focused games available to play on the day (Further details will be available on the website) but I am working with Andrew (Founder of CoinFest) on the idea of us playing the Bitcoin focused game with other CoinFest events - Kind of a Crypto game focused CoinFest tournament.

Didn't mean for that too sound off, just we believe in every speakers topic / project being important to the crypto world as the next (Speakers are audited first eitherway). We will however hopefully have Andreas Antonopoulos on our international hangout.

Currently confirmed we have speakers covering topics including: Smart contracts (A speaker from a government run digital research company), Bitcoin and Law (A speaker who is a solicitor), Blockchain gaming and a UK actor / author discussing his book and cryptocurrency activities.

Sounds nice, but not exactly true is it ?  John smith the local bitcoin enthusiast can hardly compare to say Andreas Antonopoulos speaking at your event, can it?

It was a genuine question, i have to travel to get there which is why i was asking.

All our speakers are as important as the others, do mean in terms of popularity in the Bitcoin world?

Should our speakers all confirmed before middle of February then our lineup will be released shortly after that.
