Obviously.
Leaving 4100 BTC in a "hot wallet" makes you have absolutely no clue what you are doing, so either he stole everything (much likely) or he is so incopetent he should be thrown in a jail anyway.

You shouldn't have invested there, all the warnings were up and you didn't listen.

For people who are interested in how the 100% fiat settlement is calculated, here's a worked example:

Withdraw 1 BTC on Oct 2nd, considered $127 withdrawn
Deposit 1 BTC on Oct 16th, considered $154 deposited

Added together: 1430-127+154=$1457

I offered a 50% haircut on my BTC balance of 5 BTC, I deposited BTC so surely my repayment should be calculated in BTC, thos 5 BTC we're probably worth around $300 when i deposited them in june. which is less than 0.5BTC now.... Surely you don't want me/us to accept around 10% of what we deposited as a final settlement?

Excuse me if I'm mistaken and my figures are out.

2 out of TFS last posts on this forum were to me, he is certainly generous with his time. I must be his favourite depositor and he does not want to let me go!

I agree to the USD idea. I did the maths, sent the email and nothing.

If you have a different way of calculating this then I would love to hear it. Its a huge huge hit, any more and it would belike accepting zero.

I'd like to have a 100% refund of the USD amount. What was the USD quote at 10-29-2013? If you remember, I asked for a full refund 10-19, and after two partial refunds, I asked you to deposit the pending amount back to CL.
