Wow. I wonder how much money Roger Ver has paid Gliss to list his bullshit bitcoin.com website on there.
ADs on coinmarketcap.com cost a ridiculous amount of money, thus I'm expecting that a ridiculous sum has been paid for listing the propaganda website.

So you guys all had "bash bitcoin.com link on coinmarketcap.com thread" in your trolling agenda for November 1st, right?
Pointing out incorrect information does not equal to bashing anything. Either the owner corrects their issues, or the users will start rejecting his service and promote alternatives. Welcome to decentralization. Bitcoin.com is cancerous propaganda.
Bitcoin.com ads? Big deal...
A literal ponzi is using coinmarketcaps ad space (bitconnect). CMC doesn't care, as long as they get some money.
I've left the owner of this website a negative rating for his behavior. Someone should consider legal action as well.

Good move with leaving him a negative feedback, but I think most users will not care..they will continue on with using the site.

I know well it isn't cheap to run such a website, but you should have at least some morals not to promote Ponzi schemes..

Bitcoin.com is NOT a BITCOIN website. Stop deceiving the public.

How can you list bitcoin.com as a Bitcoin website, when they claim bitcoin is "Bitcoin Cash"?

https://www.bitcoin.com/info/bitcoin-cash-is-bitcoin

Please, remove this website from the bitcoin coinmarketcap page, or else enjoy class action lawsuits when newbies that get tricked into thinking Bitcoin Cash is Bitcoin lose their money and blame your website pointing bitcoin.com as faulty.

Dear devs,
Please let us know if the conditions of listing have changed.
Hackspace Capital has been trying to list our HAC token for a long time, but never got any responses.
Could you please provide any information regarding this?
Thank you.

Agree absolutely. The link should be removed, or changed to point to bitcointalk or the Core repository on Github.

I completely agree. This only confuses new people who are unfamiliar with crypto-currencies. Please delete this link to bitcoin.com.

I'm fairly certain you (and others posting in this thread about your coins) are doing it wrong. You should try and read the OP sometime, there's an application form there.

RussiaCoin explorer http://explorer.russiacoin.info/ has been running stable again for the last month.

Right now 1000 Russian Ruble = BTC 0.003 = RC 305.81

I don't usually get bothered with this since I'm mostly on PC and kill all ads but I was on mobile earlier today and noticed this interesting ad:

AFAICS it's not one of those annoying google ads since I don't get the usual "Why?" when I click the close button so I'm wondering, how much did CMC get paid to advertise a known ponzi scam as the "most promising cryptocurrency" to invest in?

It looks like there was a change to the criteria to list exchanges. It requires 100k$ in daily volume. However some exchanges already listed have as little as 500$. This is not really quite fair to newcomers. Please consider either

[-- snip --]

Where did you hear that? There are more than a few unknown exchanges listed here with less than $500 trading volume. IDEX which I know for certain just got listed less than a week ago doesn't have anywhere near $100K trading volume.

a) adjusting requirement of minimum volume to a reasonable number reflecting status quo
or
b) adjust your list with fairness, i.e. apply your criterium to current exchanges

Thanks for your consideration.

Coinmarketcap.com

Thanks for offering such a great service over the years.

I'm writing this message to inform you guys of XIOS being within the criteria for addition to the site...but over the last few days, the community hasn't heard back any responses from you.

Getting XIOS listed on Coinmarketcap will help options open up for us.

XIOS is currently trading on Yobit, Coinsmarkets, and Crypto Bridge and several others that has our volume over $10k a day.

Can we please look into the numerous requests submitted regarding the addition of XIOS?

Feedback/suggestions welcome.   Please use the request form to request changes to the site.

Notes:
  • Updated every 5 minutes.
  • Marketcap = Price x Available Supply
  • Prices are calculated by averaging the prices at the major exchanges weighted by volume.
  • Coins with stale datapoints (more than 6 hours old) will be shown at the bottom with question marks, and will be de-listed after 7 days.

Criteria for a coin to be added:
  • Must be a cryptocurrency
  • Must be traded on a public exchange that is older than 30 days and with an API available.
  • Must have a public URL that displays the total supply (total mined so far).

so, how can i add token on coinmarketcap if it meet the criteria?. because the form is only for cryptocurrency. i cant find crypto token on the form. thanks

Suggestion:

Allow us a way to compare volumes on CERTAIN exchanges only. Not all. I don't want HITBTC volume included anywhere, for example.
