Hey coinmarket, I have a question about Doge deposits. I know about the fork earlier but other sites have resumed normal trading, withdrawing and deposits. I just wanted to check with you and see if you knew why these two transactions were stuck in queue, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!!! Cheesy

Hmmmm I was just about to start using CoinMarket.io....

However the withdrawal issues some users are experiencing is a concern to me...

Are they solved now? Should I wait to see how this sorts out before I start using this exchange?

Sincerely!

/Thrilled

We have manually sent the ~15 btc withdrawals that got stuck without an txid.

About adding coins - we are working on it.
Penguin, panda or mint. Atleast one of them will be added ASAP, possibly more.

Are there still plans to add a market for MINT?  Smiley

Try clicking the cancel link in the email bro, it worked for me

I didn't receive the confirmation email for that withdrawal Gazza, and I don't see any option to do anything under Wallet -> Withdrawal History. It's just sitting there as pending and has been since the 2nd of Feb.

No, that one was two days later (feb 13 22:23:15)... the one that didn't arrive is txid b558d2a21e248c86420e226eca5803d29584afe37c8b0af3941cf6b68987eb35 (Tue Feb 11 2014 18:55:11)

Thanks.

Edit: yes, I did 3 withdrawals for the same amount (0.05 BTC), over three different days, and the first one was the only that didn't get through. Sorry if this cause some confusion.

Hi, could you please tell me if the BTC withdrawals which txid do not appear in the blockchain are gonna be fixed? I have one since Feb 11. Thanks.
We have fixed some 15 of them automatically, some hours ago. If you have a problem, describe it (account, amount, address)

Tue Feb 11 2014 18:55:11    0.05   BTC   confirmed

Thanks.

Hate to be a pain in the ass, but could you take a look at this?
Looking for this instead?

(the transaction id means nothing these days - an attacker can change the id but the coins still arrive at the right address)

I have a withdraw that is suck for almost a couple of days now.  I have tried two other small withdraws, they worked fine.
I never got the conformation email for the first.  Maybe you can cancel the withdraw or resend me the conformation mail so I can click the link to confirm?
Manually confirmed your request.
Thank you much!

CoinMarket.io has added the PENG/BTC market! Enjoy.
https://www.coinmarket.io/market/PENGBTC
Our support thread is located at: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coinmarketio-new-self-moderated-support-and-news-thread-454186
And on IRC we are present on #coinmarket @ freenode.org

PS: do not dump the shit out of the coin

i just want ask...how much is witdrae minimum for btc ?
thx Smiley
There is no minimum but it has to cover the transaction fee (which goes to the miners - we dont charge anything) of 0.0001 BTC.
So weird. Why PENG? There are other coins with higher volume that could have been added...

I have 0 balance on my account, i had USDe and BTC where they are? my login: alunio

My coins is likely to have been stolen, have been made transfers to other wallets, please contact me owners of this exchange!
Your account will be audited. Coins moving from the address you deposited to is absolutely normal and happens all the time.
The exchange uses depositors coins to fund future withdrawals because of cold storage (security) considerations and how bitcoin works in the first place.
It other words: the address you see on the wallet page is just a deposit address and not an address where your funds will be held forever.

Do you have any information in my problem, i lost all the coins which I had on the account.
Expect an reply in 24 hours.
