With the recent airdrop of Auroracoin, I think it's IMPERATIVE to implement that one first.

Well trading, and spending it two different things. I believe the trading part is due to the air drop. People cashing in their coins for a few Iceland bucks. lol. Just my opinion.
Well, trading without an outlet for the actual coin is outright detrimental to a coins' economy. If you cannot SPEND your AUR, you will only sell it for BTC, another coin wasted.
As a merchant, I want to give my customers the ability to pay how they want, provided I have the tools for that.
Understandable. We will be having a vote next few days anyways, so watch out for that. We'll keep links posted. :-)
I dunno how much trouble it is to incorporate a new coin, but it should also be in YOUR best interest to be on top of things and see to it that, say, the top 10 traded coins (not to mention market cap) measured in volume by BTC should be readily available for your / our customers - totally outside of any votes and such.
