Hmm. Isn't it too early to start having issues such as this? Because how long will take for you to keep on resolving issues of anymore who deposited and got his/ her account banned, imagining if he or she wasn't a member of this forum. Because this very act now has created a lot of doubt into many minds now, of which i personally is looking forward to see how this case will end, if really Coinplay is another 1xbit as "Salincey" likely said or a true trustworthy casino.. Lets watch and see

We do not really know what is the real reason behind the account's closure of salincey, the support in the email says that he is suspected to breach their terms and conditions but support did not mention which terms and conditions.
I will be always better once a casino claim that a player is breaching the terms, casino should explain about it with full details.
Good thing here is that coinplay give refund of the deposited money and let salincey to withdraw it.
Hopefully coinplay representative will explain about this issue later, so we do not speculate about what is happening with salincey.

When I visit a platform, I would spend my first time to scan two important pages:
- Terms of Service
- FAQ
FAQ is a shorter version of Terms of Service (ToS) and I will look at FAQ first to find important rules I am interested in. If I don't find what I want or feel like I need more details for my findings, I will search more in ToS page.

So I agree that ToS and FAQ pages are very important for any platform operator and must be published with a completed version.

Very interesting and good looking design for Coinplay casino, but website was loading pages very slow in my case.
I tried using different web browsers and results are the same, clicking on Sports events I had to wait long time for all elements to load fully.
When I click on FAQ page it's showing that page is under construction, so you should add some information there.
Maybe consider creating promotional campaign in bitcointalk forum, it's perfect time just as World Cup is starting in few days.
