Hello,

I have been a player of CoinRoyale for about 3 months and am very satisfied with it. All their games are professionally designed and is very fun to play with. Around the same time as C3POwnBits' problems with a deposit (which CoinRoyale claims is due to a system issue), my whole balance was unexpectedly withdrawn! My balance is not much but it is worth $300 USD, which is a lot of money. I did not request this withdrawal, and I do not know where the withdrawal of my bitcoin balance is going to. The status of the withdrawal was shown to be "unconfirmed" for about 3 days, which gave me a little hope that it is a little bug and I will get my balance back with help from CoinRoyale admins. Today, the transaction is confirmed and I fear that I have lost my balance with this site. Please see this transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/c7200afb770ff167ab1547f524fb7e728233ba252f21d1f102f74c6eea94729a

I have emailed Victor from CoinRoyale multiple times but the only email he sent back was that my bitcoin is going to that address above and that is not my wallet address, and completely ignored the statement that I did not request this withdrawal. Looking at all the replies and reputation of CoinRoyale, and from my prior experiences with them in the past, this casino seems very legit and I would love to continue my interaction with it, but the admin has been known to have been slow in replying and assisting players and I do hope he resolves my concern soon, otherwise I fear I would lose my balance for no reason but to a "system error". Luckily, I only have 0.33 bitcoin in my balance at the time of the "system error"...imagine if you have a much higher balance?? Would the balance "randomly" withdrawal itself like mine did?? Until CoinRoyale resolves my concerns, reply to their emails, and assures players that their balances are safe, I do hope you guys watch your balances and accounts carefully. I will give CoinRoyale a few days to reply before I formally post in Scam Accusation as I feel this situation is very unfair to me, and hope that by posting this publically, CoinRoyale will act faster than it has been in the past.

CoinRoyale, please investigate this ASAP and please see that I did not request the balance withdrawal and formally request that I get my balance back, please.

Hi Arthur,

Unfortunately, we can't protect all of our customers' account since we have no control over how strong/weak their password are, or reinforce 2 factor authentication on their account. Like all other major service providers, I think it's fair to say users are responsible for the safety of their accounts. Also, it's really hard to prove whether the withdrawal is unauthorised, or not.  I guess it's a pretty tough situation.

I can help you look further into what IP/referrer info accessed your account during the time of the withdrawal. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Hi Victor,

Thank you very much for replying and assisting me. What you are saying and what the people above are saying is very much correct. It is technically my fault that my account is not secured enough and to reinforce the 2FA on my account. This has not happened to me before and I am kind of shocked by it. I have logged into bank accounts, played at other casinos and have not gotten my passwords stolen before. My computer does not have any viruses and is protected by antivirus, anti-phishing software so I don't know if it really is a hacker attack but it seems likely. :-(. I do want to turn over any stones though just to make sure. During the time of the "withdrawal", you did stated that you had some server issues regarding C3POwnBits's deposits above; do you think that might have to do with it? Again, if you look at my account carefully, one day, my entire balance was withdrawn, then the next day, 0.005 BTC magically appeared (no record of a deposit), then was withdrawn 12 hours later (as you can see in my account), my balance right now is 0 BTC. Something seems fishy and can't just be my computer. Your site stated that it is Safe and Secure and is McAfee Secured and just want to make sure everything is accounted for on your site. I have placed much faith into the security of your site and unfortunately I must regret it as seeing random withdrawal and deposits (with no record of it) on my account is not professional at all. Can you look into this for me??

Thank you.

The particular server issue won't cause your account getting unauthorized access and made an authorized withdrawal Smiley It will just cause slow in confirming user's deposit.

If you truly did not make the withdrawal of 0.33 on your account, it seemed that your account on CoinRoyale is indeed compromised. I suggest you change your password ASAP or just use a new account. I will also make sure the email associated to your account is secured with 2FA (and be sure to look at the access log provided by gmail). I have requested more info (IP address, access log, etc) from the technical team so you'll have more info shortly. We can collaborate further in the emails (as we're likely to share some sensitive information about your account).

Thank you Victor. I look forward to the technical report soon.

OP, long time no see. Why you are inactive for a long time? Saw some people complaint here but you answered slowly. Do you have difficulties to run the casino? Hope to see more games and sportsbook and so forth.

Actually you would not need to ask if you had a few minutes to read some previous post by victor why he is so slow in answering people's question recently.
To save your time :

Regarding the slower response time: some of our team members left (to start their own company!) and the rest of us got our hands pretty full. I used to only handle customer support and game design but right now I'm wearing several different hats so I can only check in once every couple of days.

i suggest you to ask victor for IP addresses that have accessed your account , if you are not using vpn or something similar you might could see if there is someone get access to your account , or it was just coinroyale bugs or something. really tough issue, even you have no experience being hacked, your computer clean secured by top antivirus, you should set 2FA to get higher security level. goodluck art9295!

Seems that your account is hacked, someone has just accessed your account and withdraw your balance to his/her wallet. Did you put strong password on your account? Have you just clicked a unknown link?
the situation like this would make player on disadvantage , but however it's their fault to not set the 2FA, it's important to set it in any account that involving money in there. i would say the same , if the account not secured properly then it's your fault you can't ask for refund or anything. but if you do set the 2FA in your account , this case worth and should be investigated.

Got mine hacked some years ago. But eversince 2FA became popular, I never used anything without it, not ever again. Good thing the account that got hacked off of me didn't have mucn in it.

Your habbit is bad, 2FA is strenthing your account security, you should add it if you wanna have a safe account.

Hello all,

The site is very much alive and going well. We just have a record month last month. Thank you guys for the support!

The 200% deposit bonus is run by our marketing guy, and looked like it's specifically targeted to a group of customers. If you miss the emails, just PM/email me and I'll see what I can do.

Regarding the slower response time: some of our team members left (to start their own company!) and the rest of us got our hands pretty full. I used to only handle customer support and game design but right now I'm wearing several different hats so I can only check in once every couple of days.

Rest assured, we are still striving to provide the same level of service and support like before. We have a couple of new hires and will get them up to speed real quick.

Our priority right now will be server performance and stability. If you have any issues or feedback, feel free to let me know here/PM/email.

Good to see you back! I would recommend playing at this site again, One of my favorites from a few years ago, Good to see they are still around!

Note: Obviously I have no connection to Coinroyale apart from being a happy customer.

Thanks! Hope to see you back to the site playing again Smiley
