Sorry guys. I just got to this.

We had some phantom issue with our bitcoin network server (which is used for processing deposit and withdrawal) and no one on our team were notified about it. We should have fix all the issues now and hopefully this won't be happening soon.

Not all people are not patient like you, I think you can say like that because you are not on his position. 7btc maybe a small amount for you but not for other people. Waiting for what we deserve to get it is annoying.

I also think 60 hours is very long time of period in gambling business because that kind of delay made things more worst because customer support is really important and it must be responsive and more quicker to make it reliable so let's see how they will get fix that issue.

I know this site is legit, but not answering for over 60hours is not a good sign imo. At least they (coinroyale) should answer it within 24hours at max, so the player is not panic.
I believe we will feel the same as hatar74 if we experiencing the same issue especially if we need the btc urgently.

Not really sure what is happening with your withdrawal, but 60 hours for 7btc is too long for a big casino like coinroyale. The most weird thing is that they do not even answer your ticket.
Victorhing is also not active since 22nd Sad

not a usual habit from coinroyale. This is the fist time I see victor offline for more than 3days.
Hope it is not a bad sign that coinroyale will close down.

seems like they experienced a technical problem regarding deposit process, last time my deposit credited for almost 24hours even i have sent an email to them. i wouldn't recommend to everyone to deposit here until victor could confirm what actually the problem causing deposit delayed up to 24-36 hours?

Most of our team members are developers and designers. The thing is, we should have a notification system in place where I'l be notified on my cell during downtime or any abnormal activities. Except it didn't work last time.
