Jack of all trades 💯
One of the oldest gambling site with cryptocurrency acceptance. Very few people in our forum is aware of this gambling site. Going through the announcement thread it is clear that the site is under usage since 2013, but it hasn't got listed on the top gambling sites with cryptocurrency acceptance. I expect some good promotion to make more people using your website and give more visibility to the platform.

I guess the main problem is because the promotion is not as regular as other sites. Coinroyale had some great competition with decent prize and easier equirement compared to other competition on other sites where players needs to have huge bankroll in order to compete with other participants. I know coinroyale tried to make something regular with the "Queen of The Hill" competition, but seems that the result was not that good so they decide to stop it. Aside from the lack of regular promotion, I think the other thing that can make coinroyale better is something like "Full Upgrade" of the site to add some important/attractive features such as autobet for the dice game, chatroom, vip level, or some other things that may attracts more players to come and stay as long as possible.

It will be good to see if they upgrade their site base on your suggestion since by now there are lots of site doing a good update and listen to the players suggestion to make the site better to the gamblers, They shouldn't stick to the old system since it will make them outdated. Also it's better if they focus on marketing before running a promotion so that many people could see if there's a running competition or other things offered in the site.

And on second thought, the rollover isn't as impossible as I originally thought. I thought the rollover meant you had to end up with an amount of coin that is 35 times as large as the bonus before you could withdraw, lol! But you simply have to have made bets that total amount, I see clearly now.

if u are playing BJ instead of slots, u have to bet 700 times the deposit, NOT 35 times the deposit. victor is counting on people being too dumb to comprehend the meaning of 5% at 35 times rollover, and most of their customers arent able mentally to figure this out. this is how his company stays in business.

We made the T&C clear and obvious enough and customers are free to clarify with us if they have any questions.

Yes, exactly. Rollover is possible! It's the total wager amount (not the balance).

these terms and conditions say 35 times rollover and only 5% of the bets u make on blackjack count. so if blackjack is all u play, that means 700 times rollover. which means it would take many many years to withdraw. am i understanding this right? or to bet so big it would be impossible to not lose the whole balance before u could cash out.

I used to love playing here ... they gave me more lucky moments than the losing one , several times hiiting a 7 win out of 10 spin/roll/hand which makes me consider coinroyale as one of my favorite casino. Idk if it's remain the same on my account , i just leaving them for various reasons tho which one of them is about how victor with his cs team had a very slow response on dealing with player issues , its sucks to ahve your issue hanging for days.

And about the bonus rollover it's quite odd to capped the max bet to only 5% , indeed it would take ages to clear it. However i never used the casino deposit bonus that offers you 200% or even 300% ... i knew the rollover is something that like doing a mission impossible. But this one with 5% capped is the real definition of impossible.

yeah im guessing almost no one reads the terms and conditions, or no one would ever accept this bonus. either that or everyone besides us is playing ONLY SLOTS, and none of the house games like BJ id think would be far more common than slots. because with slots at 100% it would only be 35 times rollover.

online slots is a horrible sucker game however, and if thats actually what all these forum posters are playing no wonder theyre embarrassed to speak up

5% for Blackjack is an industry standard and many sites have offered less than 5%. And yes, you'll have to rollover the full amount before you can withdraw the bonus money (you can still withdraw your own deposit/player money).

please verify for me im understanding this correctly. is 5 percent and 35 times rollover means im supposed to bet my original deposit of 1681 units of a bitcoin worth a little less than 20 bucks 700 times? im supposed to play about 14,000 worth of bets just to get $20 back??

also weirdly enough it says if i withdraw today now, id get over 4300 units of bitcoin which is more than i deposited and how is this possible since i havent cleared the bonus?

my total balance is now about 11,000 units of a bitcoin worth about 110 dollars. i never play nothing but blackjack. and i ONLY come here so i can martingale starting with a penny.

a question about the max bet. is that the total bet of all 5 spots on the BJ table, or for each individual spot and if i bet below the max, what if u double down or split which would then be over the maximum> nothing discusses this.

also how can i find out how close i am to clearing the bonus? i would guess maybe 1 or 2 percent as ive probably ran it thru about 7-14 times why doesnt it show on my list of bonuses programs instead of just very old bonuses?

You can DM me your account name and I'll look closer into your account. But yes, if you deposited let's say 1000 satoshis, you'll have to rollover 700 times (700,000 satoshis) if you only play blackjack (35x rollover with 5% contribution rate).

The max bet is the max initial bet. The initial bet you placed on the table, for a single hand. The progress of clearing bonus is shown in the bonus page.

Please also note that our developer team is in the process of implementing on the software side (as other forum member has suggested).

Agreed.
Also, question. If I make profit playing a game that doesn't count toward the rollover, let's say roulette for example, will I be able to withdraw winnings as long as the original bonus amount (0.02 BTC) stays in my account? Or am I simply not allowed to withdraw any amount whatsoever until the bonus has been rolled over 35 times?

You can withdraw your own deposits (player money) and any winning associated with it, anytime, without rolling over. And if the winnings are from the bonus money, you can only withdraw after the 35x rollover. The system bets with player money first before spending bonus money.

Thanks for the clarity Victor.

if i dont hear from victor here within a week ill probably write thier customer service email instead. but i think its staffed by bots who wont be able to answer properly, just like Uber and Lyft support is when u contact them.

All of our support staffs are real human! No bots guaranteed Grin. In fact, you can even reach me personally through DM in this forum as well as on the support ticket.

i quit playing BJ on here when i realized i couldnt martingale anymore starting at about 1c bets up to a few hundred or more in real money because at the time, they raised the min bet from 0.000001 bitcoin to 0.0001 bitcoin, making it about $1 min bet instead of 1c minimum bet which is way too high if all u want to do is sit and use the martingale system. which often makes u lose by the way.

the other day i logged in and noticed i had 0.0001 bitcoin still in unused funds so i went and bet it, happened to win, and checked to see if i could reduce my bet and was shocked to find out i could bet 0.000001 bitcoin at blackjack again. i have no idea when it switched back to the old way.

so i decided to deposit $20 worth of bitcoin on here, and oddly enough, found a lot more than that when i logged in and wondered if too much had been sent in error but had no way to check, since the money sent to my coinroyale came from the sealswithclubs poker site id withdrew from instead of my blockchain wallet.

Yeah, we initially increased the minimum bet as part of an experiment but after getting some feedbacks in the forum and also from our regular players, we decided to drop back the minimum bet to 100 satoshis again. We also regularly do money drop campaign (e.g putting some btc in the player account) to reward our past players so yes sometimes when you logged back in, you'll see more money in your account.

then went i went to my bonus programs, i couldnt find anything listed stating my progress on the bonus. but after getting on this forum and reading the above post from this guy, i just learned all the rules and conditions i couldnt find anywhere else, but it seems from reading this it was on the email ive now discarded and can no longer find in my trash folders.

i still have no idea how to find out my progress, or when i can cash out its NOT listed in my bonus programs, only OLD deposits made a couple years back or more.

i did go to withdraw, and it says i can only withdraw 0.001928 bitcoin and my deposit was 0.001686 bitcoin which they doubled immediately and is now at 0.007100 bitcoin (yes im up a little).

how did they come up with this figure as the amount i could withdraw instead of 0.001686?

i could play here for months and years and never withdraw. it used to be people didnt get screwed because the bonus was NOT GIVEN Out upfront years ago. when i last played, it was only given out once earned and it usually expired by the time id earned about 10 percent or less. but i could always withdraw my entire balance and all the winnings. it was a whole lot better and honest and more trustworthy site then, and i think Victor if he is still alive and in charge, should comprehend.

never trust a site which puts the entire bonus in the account upfront.

or refuses to let u withdraw winnings. id much prefer i not get a bonus than to not be allowed to withdraw winnings, and im sure its true for almost everyone. there is no way i know of to play without getting a bonus to prevent this. but it sure it a scam to cheat the players who havent been on in years and wouldnt know its been changed.

these terms and conditions say 35 times rollover and only 5% of the bets u make on blackjack count. so if blackjack is all u play, that means 700 times rollover. which means it would take many many years to withdraw. am i understanding this right? or to bet so big it would be impossible to not lose the whole balance before u could cash out.

We changed our bonus program to instant (from incremental) based on the feedbacks and to provide a better player experience. Unfortunately, like what you have confirmed, it opens to lots of abuse and unfortunately we have to add in the limiting factor such as the 5% contribution rate, and max bet terms to cut down the abuse for the bonus program.

I'm posting on here because this might be the only way to reach Victor instead of the minions he hired to run his casino for him.

My username on there is dylanp.  I started out playing the new 200% bonus the same way I normally play without any bonuses (deposit 1btc and bet 0.5-0.75btc on blackjack until I double up). But apparently that violated some new maximum bet rule that I didn't know existed (it's only mentioned on the TOS page and not on the bonus page). Tried to withdraw 3.715 btc and Kurt took it all away.  Then I complained by email and Kurt gave me back only 0.5btc (half of my original deposit).

Victor, if you want to enforce a bet limit with an active bonus then enforce it proactively in the software to prevent players from overbetting instead of hiring somebody to retroactively forfeit their money after they bet too much accidentally.   I also don't like that the withdrawals are no longer instant.  That used to be the best thing about this casino.  If the software is set up properly there should be no need for manual intervention.  It's crazy to pay a human to retroactively enforce a rule that could be automatically and proactively enforced with 2 lines of code.  Unless the whole point is to trap players into making these kinds of mistakes... which would be unethical.

I'm sure victor is a good guy, since he ran this casino for 7 years with a good reputation, but i'm not so sure about the people he hired to run his casino for him lately.

So you are taking the 200% bonus which is part of the 2 million blackjack hand promotion?
I checked the promotion page but cant find about this promotion, then I checked my email and I found the email about this 200% deposit bonus.
So I assume that you knew about this 200% deposit bonus from the email you received few days back.
As I can read on the email, it is being stated that the max bet while taking the 200% bonus is 0.005btc as we can see below:

So it is true that you did a mistake by betting more than what is allowed.
Seems that you did not read the email completely, that's why you did the mistake that makes you lose what you won.
On the other side, the terms says that any bets that exceed the max allowed bet will void any winnings.
As per my understanding, you should lose your winning amount only (not your winning + your initial deposit).
Lets wait for Victor and hope there will be a better solution for your case.

Yup that is correct. The initial deposits are lost (we can post the hands, and also taxationistheft/dylanp can confirm it) and all the other subsequent bets are all bonus money.
