i dont want send my conversation.
there are no new information
they only say that i create multiply account and they dont will send my deposit back

before i send snapshot of transaction history, and there are you can see only deposit, no withdraw.
at balance now i have 0.35btc and they dont withdraw any BTC almost deposit money.

It is hard to check on your story if there isnt any screenshot regarding your conversation with them. Not sure what kind of term that you violated but BitcoinASH has asked you to contact them via email

So instead of wasting your time here, you better sort things out through email. You can also post your conversation with them in here for people to judge at but AFAIK coinroyale is honest enough and has been here for years

Stuff like this happened few times in the past as well, mostly due to their hot wallet running low but Victor always solved this kind of issue though.

I suggest you to calm down a little bit, it is not a scam just because there is something wrong with the withdrawal process. You can ask BitcoinASH by pm here in this forum. Coinroyale is one of the old and trusted gambling site so far, at least there is no serious accusation against them. I believe they will fix your issue asap once they notice about it. No need to worry, this site wont scam player just for 0.35btc because it does not worth their reputation since coinroyale came to this industry years ago.
