First of all, a big thanks from me for playing at CoinRoyale. I'm really sorry about the your recent experience. Please let me clarify a few things.

- Regarding the maximum bet rule: like what others said, we mentioned it in the promotion email as well as on the promotions page. The main reason we are able to give out such deposit bonus (200%!) is we'll have to put in some limiting factor such as the maximum bet rule limit. The limiting factor will change from time to time but we'll make sure to make it visible by mentioning it in both the email and on the promotion page. As a player, you are free to choose whether to participate the bonus based on the T&Cs.

- For the 0.5 btc you get back, it's a comp and Kurt actually fought to get approval for it. You've lost your original deposit in the first few bets (player money bets first), and the rest of your winnings are based on bonus money (2 btc), which we removed due to the violation of the max bet terms.

- You still have the instant withdrawal. We don't really "hire a person to retroactively enforce a rule" but the rule violation triggered an alert from our backend and we temporarily disabled the instant withdrawal for your account.  And thank you for your feedback on setting up the rule on the software side. It's definitely more than 2 lines of code, and we are in the process of adding it.

Also, question. If I make profit playing a game that doesn't count toward the rollover, let's say roulette for example, will I be able to withdraw winnings as long as the original bonus amount (0.02 BTC) stays in my account? Or am I simply not allowed to withdraw any amount whatsoever until the bonus has been rolled over 35 times?

if i dont hear from victor here within a week ill probably write thier customer service email instead. but i think its staffed by bots who wont be able to answer properly, just like Uber and Lyft support is when u contact them.

yeah im guessing almost no one reads the terms and conditions, or no one would ever accept this bonus. either that or everyone besides us is playing ONLY SLOTS, and none of the house games like BJ id think would be far more common than slots. because with slots at 100% it would only be 35 times rollover.

I used to love playing here ... they gave me more lucky moments than the losing one , several times hiiting a 7 win out of 10 spin/roll/hand which makes me consider coinroyale as one of my favorite casino. Idk if it's remain the same on my account , i just leaving them for various reasons tho which one of them is about how victor with his cs team had a very slow response on dealing with player issues , its sucks to ahve your issue hanging for days.

And about the bonus rollover it's quite odd to capped the max bet to only 5% , indeed it would take ages to clear it. However i never used the casino deposit bonus that offers you 200% or even 300% ... i knew the rollover is something that like doing a mission impossible. But this one with 5% capped is the real definition of impossible.

i quit playing BJ on here when i realized i couldnt martingale anymore starting at about 1c bets up to a few hundred or more in real money because at the time, they raised the min bet from 0.000001 bitcoin to 0.0001 bitcoin, making it about $1 min bet instead of 1c minimum bet which is way too high if all u want to do is sit and use the martingale system. which often makes u lose by the way.

the other day i logged in and noticed i had 0.0001 bitcoin still in unused funds so i went and bet it, happened to win, and checked to see if i could reduce my bet and was shocked to find out i could bet 0.000001 bitcoin at blackjack again. i have no idea when it switched back to the old way.

so i decided to deposit $20 worth of bitcoin on here, and oddly enough, found a lot more than that when i logged in and wondered if too much had been sent in error but had no way to check, since the money sent to my coinroyale came from the sealswithclubs poker site id withdrew from instead of my blockchain wallet.

then went i went to my bonus programs, i couldnt find anything listed stating my progress on the bonus. but after getting on this forum and reading the above post from this guy, i just learned all the rules and conditions i couldnt find anywhere else, but it seems from reading this it was on the email ive now discarded and can no longer find in my trash folders.

i still have no idea how to find out my progress, or when i can cash out its NOT listed in my bonus programs, only OLD deposits made a couple years back or more.

i did go to withdraw, and it says i can only withdraw 0.001928 bitcoin and my deposit was 0.001686 bitcoin which they doubled immediately and is now at 0.007100 bitcoin (yes im up a little).

how did they come up with this figure as the amount i could withdraw instead of 0.001686?

i could play here for months and years and never withdraw. it used to be people didnt get screwed because the bonus was NOT GIVEN Out upfront years ago. when i last played, it was only given out once earned and it usually expired by the time id earned about 10 percent or less. but i could always withdraw my entire balance and all the winnings. it was a whole lot better and honest and more trustworthy site then, and i think Victor if he is still alive and in charge, should comprehend.

these terms and conditions say 35 times rollover and only 5% of the bets u make on blackjack count. so if blackjack is all u play, that means 700 times rollover. which means it would take many many years to withdraw. am i understanding this right? or to bet so big it would be impossible to not lose the whole balance before u could cash out.

So you are taking the 200% bonus which is part of the 2 million blackjack hand promotion?
I checked the promotion page but cant find about this promotion, then I checked my email and I found the email about this 200% deposit bonus.
So I assume that you knew about this 200% deposit bonus from the email you received few days back.
As I can read on the email, it is being stated that the max bet while taking the 200% bonus is 0.005btc as we can see below:

So it is true that you did a mistake by betting more than what is allowed.
Seems that you did not read the email completely, that's why you did the mistake that makes you lose what you won.
On the other side, the terms says that any bets that exceed the max allowed bet will void any winnings.
As per my understanding, you should lose your winning amount only (not your winning + your initial deposit).
Lets wait for Victor and hope there will be a better solution for your case.

I'm posting on here because this might be the only way to reach Victor instead of the minions he hired to run his casino for him.

My username on there is dylanp.  I started out playing the new 200% bonus the same way I normally play without any bonuses (deposit 1btc and bet 0.5-0.75btc on blackjack until I double up). But apparently that violated some new maximum bet rule that I didn't know existed (it's only mentioned on the TOS page and not on the bonus page). Tried to withdraw 3.715 btc and Kurt took it all away.  Then I complained by email and Kurt gave me back only 0.5btc (half of my original deposit).

Victor, if you want to enforce a bet limit with an active bonus then enforce it proactively in the software to prevent players from overbetting instead of hiring somebody to retroactively forfeit their money after they bet too much accidentally.   I also don't like that the withdrawals are no longer instant.  That used to be the best thing about this casino.  If the software is set up properly there should be no need for manual intervention.  It's crazy to pay a human to retroactively enforce a rule that could be automatically and proactively enforced with 2 lines of code.  Unless the whole point is to trap players into making these kinds of mistakes... which would be unethical.

I'm sure victor is a good guy, since he ran this casino for 7 years with a good reputation, but i'm not so sure about the people he hired to run his casino for him lately.

Yeah got it all the information after checking my email. I have to say that it is not really attractive because of below terms:

Means that once anyone who win the 0.02btc will need to wager 0.7btc because the rollover is 35x. This is the first time I see a milestone promotion with a wagering requirement. To be honest, it surprises me as almost all previous promotion by coinroyale has no wagering requirement. Looks like we just need to carry victor words as the only way to know about it , if you received this email promotion.. it's stated:

'2 million Satoshi will be awarded to the account that plays the 2 millionth hand. This is determined by reviewing the code and is not displayed. Winner will be announced by email.'

There's no betting history running in the site like any other crypto casino ... so i think the promotion is lack of transparency in term of deciding the winner. Or else this could be considered as just a bonus to whoever hit that 2 millionth hand so it's not really a promotion nor competition.

Nice promotion, but I want to ask few things related to this promo:
1. How do we(players) knows if we hit the 2millionth hand? Since the first day I play in coinroyale, I have never seen bet history with its betID numbers. How many bets remaining before we reach the 2 millionth hand?
2. About its requirement that we need to deposit before the hand, does it apply for old deposit? Lets say someone made a deposit last week/month and still have some balance on his account, is he qualified?
3. About the additional prizes, is it random or there is a specific criteria of those who can win this additional prize?
