My number one choice is Ethereum, next is probabaly Bitcoin for small profit purposes.

I think you can simply go for ltc, eth and probably xmr, they have prominent tendency of a soar and you can pack your profit.
Similarly, you can have a watch on doge too. It makes sense and can provide security of profit too.
I literally think eos is good, but it depends on your capital, your research, their market chart and further upcoming news positively on the market.
Tron has been out for a while, it needs close monitoring so you can cash out your profit instantly.
Following crowd would be safe decision but not brave decision if you really want to invest in dip then I could say coins having real workingproject but still doesn’t touched by whales . I could say Coss , kcs , iost are having great potential but still not touched by whales still lots of coins some thing like utrust, ethlend are best example.
During the bear market dip, this is the best time where buying crypto coins should be considered since the price value are much lesser this time. I would recommend the following alts such as EOS,ETH and NEO since these coins have good performance in the crypto market and remain consistent in the market. I believe that it would be better for long term investment and just have to wait for the right time before selling it for the right price to be able to gain promising profit.

of course you can buy it as a purchase when the market tends to be red. but you still have to have a plan and a strategy. ethereum, eos and tron could be a good choice. but i prefer on ethereum
Yeah binance has an really good business model in my honest opinion, so the only competitor is kucoin. Another great thing is it to buy ethereum for investing in icos
personally, I think if some of the coins I'm going to buy now are Ethereum, Ripple, and Binance. I plan on wanting to buy it again and but I think I will wait and see what will happen in the next few days. Maybe the market will drop more and then I will get a better entry price for the long-term portfolio. And I may also be going to get big profits.
My suggestion would be FGC, sitting at just over 3k sats, It's at a bargain price right now. The next fgcarena.com live Esports tournament (Mid July) in Las Vegas entry tickets are going to be bought with FGC, the demand/need will increase the price back up again.

I think buying top coins would be the best ways to sercue yours fund because those top coins have good products that are being used by lots of people. So the price can low now, but it will grow in the future when the market recover.

Why do you suppose Tronx is not quality??? About price or something else? I recognized that Tronx is a coin that have the pump and dump suspiciously in the market, but it's very worth to hold for long term. Binace and Cardano are also two coins that I will choose
as now the price of all the coins goes down. but for us prefer to save bitcoin, ethereum, Ltc, because for us it's some coins I think it's too easy we get a lot of profits in the long and short term, with us investing in alt so we will easily generate many benefits.
all the coins you say are available in my portfolio, maybe the binance coin has more potential than the other coins. my reason is because binance currently become the favorite exchanges for many traders and I am sure every year bnb will continue to grow.

Yes, it is good time ti buy some promising altcoins, for example, Waves has a pretty nice price right now, so you can buy it and hold. I believe that it will grow more than 100x in a year!

I do not think its right to take the recommendations of people. Its best to make your own research and choose the coin that you think is good after proper research and invest into it
According to me, the best coins to buy at the moment should be categorized based on short term and long term prospects. From a long term point of view, I would strongly suggest investing into Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Stellar Lumens and NEO which have tremendous potential and are considered safe altcoins. From a short term point of view, I would recommend investing into DeepOnion, Cardano, IOST and ETN.
