Thanks for the heads up! Its sad that there's another casino had closed its doors but at least this one do really give out chance for its customers funds to be pulled out rather than on completely running away.

what is strange and why do clients need to contact them to access the funds, if it could have been easier for each client to log into their account and make all the withdrawals? Could it be that the casino owners ate the customers' money and for that reason they are asking each customer to contact them so they can get each customer's money and pay? I think they ate the customers' money and for that reason they are proceeding this way, I could be wrong

This is what comes through my mind too on which its unusual for this kind of set-up on where users would be still need to contact support if ever they would like to pull out their funds.
Why cant people just have that direct withdrawal which it doesnt really need up some permission or just like that casual withdrawal? It seems that they are just releasing the funds
into those people who had just  remembered that they do have some money on the platform and the rest would really be just be forgotten and would be put up into their pockets?
This should be at least clarified because it cant really be avoided on having that kind of impression or presumptions.

I do remember that they had made out some signature campaign on this forum but ended up on cutting any marketing movement which its no surprise that they didnt get that much players
which is understandable that it wont really be that sustainable.

@Current users then its better to pull funds asap.

even though this is already a saturated market in my opinion, but a well-run casino with well-established marketing goals can make a profit and survive in this market for many years to come.

I already give negative feedback and create a flag type 1, I hope anyone will support this flag to warn any users about this casino https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=3011

It's doesn't look good how a gambler that didn't even play, but the casino ask the KYC without any reason and it's only for $60, how shame it is. Even a tiny casino wouldn't scam just for that's amount, the cost of creating a site, provider etc are more higher. I think it show Coinsaga is just a scam casino and there's no one ever play here.

I filed a complaint with askgamblers.com Casino complaint service.
There is another pending complaint as well for a similar issue.
They have not responded to either and askgamblers moderator has issued a warning that if they do not respond d their rating will be deducted as a result.  Honestly coinsaga does not seem to care much.

It is shady to see how supports has acted against you sir. I'll put a red flag to this account until this issue will be solved. Please could you post a scam accusation in the proper section and evidentiate everything about your

experience here? In this way you'll help to boost your accusation to them and maybe someone could help you.

This is where I begin to lose my patience:
By the way Nikolas Ambrose is the name I made up to use in the live chat.
The other person is coin saga live support.
As you can see I’m getting tired of their antics.

(00:17:51) Nickolas Ambrose: Patrick informed me earlier that it would be sent asap. I provided whst he asked for a ND four hours later still no refund.
(00:18:31) Nickolas Ambrose: But my account access has been severed during this time.
(00:19:38) Nickolas Ambrose: Am still here.
(00:20:26) Francine: May I please have your email address and telephone number to verify your account?

(00:24:10) Francine: Thank you for waiting, we apologize for any incovenience. Please note your request for refund has already been escalated to our relevant team. Once there is feedback, you will be contacted via email.
(00:24:50) Nickolas Ambrose: This same explanation you hVe been repeating for 14 days. Wow. That's really somthing.
(00:25:50) Nickolas Ambrose: It's a simple transfer of.ltc.. It takes a.matter of seconds. Yet your relevant department needs weeks apparently to execute this.
(00:26:29) Nickolas Ambrose: Maybe your staff needs an overhaul. I could process thousands of Tra savtions a day belive it or not.
(00:27:44) Francine: I sorry but there is nothing we can do for now but to wait until case is thoroughly checked by our team. Rest assured, we have updated them from time to time.
(00:28:56) Nickolas Ambrose: You know. Nobody is going to want to.play here ever again after this incident. Because it's quite.frabkly insane at this point.
(00:29:39) Nickolas Ambrose: I see on bitcoin talk there was another case very similar to.mine. It's a pattern. It's how you all operate the busjness.
(00:31:48) Nickolas Ambrose: You have revealed the lack of credibility of this website. For a measly $50. In order to hold my $50 hostage you sacrificed the reputation of your operation. That's incredibly short signed.
(00:32:39) Nickolas Ambrose: I've watched a bunch of old promo videos from.igamingplatcot. And have colle red some of your names.
(00:33:32) Nickolas Ambrose: Like Stefan and maybe others.
(00:35:52) Nickolas Ambrose: The industry has a lot of honest organizations. They are not all bad. It's important that we celebrate those whom operate in an ethical manner and it's important that we hold those nefarious operators accountable when they run a user unfriendly operation.
(00:36:53) Francine: We are sorry to hear you feel that way. Rest assured our team is checking on your concern. We can wait until we get a feedback from them and you will be emailed.
(00:37:17) Nickolas Ambrose: Like creating obstacles for your users in order to withhold their funds under the rise of regulatory compliance to curacao. Lol. That is not right.
(00:37:42) Nickolas Ambrose: Ruse*
(00:38:02) Nickolas Ambrose: It's not about my feelings. It's about the facts.
(00:38:29) Nickolas Ambrose: There is a reason that this site is on lifesupport.
(00:38:47) Nickolas Ambrose: Willing to.close up shop over $50
(00:39:08) Nickolas Ambrose: Taking weeks to payout 1 LTC.
(00:39:34) Nickolas Ambrose: There is an explanation. And it begins with the method and means of the operation.
(00:40:26) Nickolas Ambrose: Aybe you should step aside and let.a.more competent operator steer the site back
(00:41:02) Nickolas Ambrose: Because with your management this site is going down like a led zeppelin!
(00:41:54) Nickolas Ambrose: Because you all are clueless to the market expectations and trends within this niche.
(00:43:03) Nickolas Ambrose: But there is still hope that it could turn around for you. But only if you were to relinquish the day to day operations. A task that HS proven to be way over your head. Or maybe out of your element.
(00:44:43) Francine: We have done our part and let the investigation take place. Please note, we addressed your concern and issue in line with our procedures. There is nothing we can do at this moment while your issue is being checked.
(00:45:31) Nickolas Ambrose: Like a led zeppelin I said.
(00:46:42) Nickolas Ambrose: You have done your part? Can you say that with a straight face? Incredible. You have not done your part. Doing your part is refunding the money you have been holding hostage. That is your part.
(00:47:17) Nickolas Ambrose: Not this fake Fbi interpol global investigation that you keep referencing. That is not your part. That is nonsense.
(00:48:21) Nickolas Ambrose: I could have programmed the site from.scratch in the amount of time that it has taken your tech team to analyze this issue. Seriously.
(00:49:11) Nickolas Ambrose: Are you guys running windows Vista? Is that the reason for this infinite investigation.
(00:49:30) Francine: We have escalated your case and wait for response. An email will be sent you for notification.
(00:49:58) Nickolas Ambrose: I sent over my KYC documents and you closed the account. There is nothing more to investigate. Return the funds like you indicated you would. And it's done.
(00:50:53) Nickolas Ambrose: I don't want an.email.framcine. I want my God damn 1.03 LTC returned. My property that you have been holding hostage against my will.

(19:46:55) Nickolas Ambrose: Hello. Has the team responded with a resolution yet?
(19:47:31) Nickolas Ambrose: Day 14 Patrick
(19:47:34) Patrick: Hello Nickolas, hope you're doing well.

(19:48:23) Patrick: Thank you. Allow me a moment as I check this for you.
(19:48:31) Nickolas Ambrose: Thanks
(19:50:55) Patrick: Thank you Nickolas. I am totally sorry, but the tech team has not been able to find a solution to the issue with your account yet.
(19:51:40) Patrick: What we can do now and this is what we have been suggesting you, is to send you a manual withdrawal, for this we just need to verify a few documents. But I understand that you don't want to provide them, am I right?
(19:51:44) Nickolas Ambrose: The solution is very simple. Return.my 1 LTC and close the account.
(19:52:45) Patrick: It is simple, Nickolas. We are happy to send you the money back, but the rules are that you need to go through KYC first.
(19:52:53) Nickolas Ambrose: I have not placed any wagers. I do not wish to identify. Your live chat agent wouldn't even tell me the country of which she was operating In. Nina. But I'm supposed to send over KYC documents and fully identify? Thats not right Patrick.
(19:53:23) Nickolas Ambrose: It's not your money though Patrick. It's still mine. I have not made any wagers with your site.
(19:53:25) Patrick: We operate under Curacao license, Nickolas, if that solves your doubt
(19:54:13) Nickolas Ambrose: I know curacao license very well. And they can be purchased from.a master licensee for around 25K euros. I could purchase one right now and have it by the end of the day.
(19:54:18) Patrick: May I ask you your country of residence, Nickolas?
(19:55:17) Nickolas Ambrose: Let's say I reveal my residence and then you say it's on the list of restricted countries. Then what? That entitles you to keep my funds despite not having place d any wagers?
(19:56:11) Nickolas Ambrose: No I don't believe that's the laws at all. If anything that would entitle you to return my unwagered funds and close the account directly afterwards.
(19:56:57) Patrick: I'm sorry and I fully understand your frustration, Sir. Actually we can do that, we just need the documentations as per license regulations.
(19:57:11) Patrick: As we need to do a manual withdrawal.
(19:57:23) Nickolas Ambrose: I asked you a specific question and you failed to answer it.
(19:57:50) Nickolas Ambrose: Let's say I'm.from north Korea. Then what would your response be?
(19:58:01) Patrick: Sorry, I believe I've answered the question
(19:59:10) Nickolas Ambrose: Maybe I missed it then. I'll review once more.
(19:59:51) Nickolas Ambrose: When you say "actually we can do that" what exactly were you replying to.
(20:00:37) Nickolas Ambrose: Actually you can refund my litecoin. Or actually you can keep it as your own?
(20:01:32) Patrick: ah, what I mean is that we are happy to send the funds back
(20:01:40) Nickolas Ambrose: My name is Kumar Jagdeep and I'm an Indian national residing in Australia. now what?
(20:02:26) Nickolas Ambrose: And you are located?
(20:02:49) Nickolas Ambrose: In Kiev ukraine?
(20:02:50) Patrick: I understand, please send us a crypto wallet address and your ID via e-mail, we will proceed with the manual withdrawal as soon as possible.
(20:02:58) Patrick: We are located in Curacao, Sir. Smiley
(20:04:07) Nickolas Ambrose: The license is from curacao but the operation is not. But okay I'll go along with it. I'll send the information via email could you provide your email address?
(20:05:22) Patrick: Sure, please send them to [email protected]
(20:05:57) Nickolas Ambrose: Thank you.

This was two days ago.  Since then they have not sent anything and they have back tracked off of this. This was as close as I got to a refund but of course they never followed through with their end.  The website is 100% scam.  Igamingplatform.com is the operator of coinsaga.  I have reported them to zendesk whom is their ticketing software and livechat provider.  I will next report them to coinspaid whom is their payment processor.  I will then find their hosting provider and report them for violating their terms of use.  Additionally I have a pending complaint with AskGamblers and also this thread to document their fraud and theft of user funds. I should not have to go to these lengths but for the sake of the community I will.

The site is operational and resolves as expected.

Same here mate , I cannot access the site also  as it looks like restrictions being activated or at least it is not available in my country I dont know .

Just to confirm this, I get the same error message when I try to access the coinsaga.com website. It looks like they have some very restrictive rules set up in their Cloudflare firewall.

I've already wasted several hours dealing with this and definitely not worth the $50 in question. But I'm expending more time then it's worth because I believe it is critical to hold these.

I think extending some time will help others from taking a look at this site before playing or depositing because it looks like there is something happening inside the site that must be questioned .

I tried to access the site but I got "access denied (error 1020)", then I remember that I needed to use VPN to open this casino months ago due to country restriction if I remember it correctly. Yes the casino is still operational, I can open it using VPN. If you think that they are doing something bad, you can open scam accusation thread or create a flag against them.

I spoke with a gentlemen whom appears to be in charge.  I have the entire Dialogue of our conversation that I can share publicly if necessary.  He told me that I had no choice but to submit KYC documents if I wanted my deposit returned to me (even though they haven't credited it and I haven't placed a single wager on their site).

So against my will, I sent them a scan of my passport and I included my litecoin Address which was following the Instructions that Patrick provided.  He assured me that once they received this information, my refund would be.processed "ASAP".  I sent the information, they received it 10 hours ago, and I have yet to receive my funds.  I asked live when they would be sending it and was informed that the exact time is unknown pending some technical Investigation to determine how the error occurred.

Conflicting statements from their support team are troubling.  I've provided everything they have asked (against my desires) and yet they have not followed through with any of their commitments.

I've already wasted several hours dealing with this and definitely not worth the $50 in question. But I'm expending more time then it's worth because I believe it is critical to hold these.operstors accountable when they operate in such ethically devoid manners with very hostile and unfriendly policies towards users.  There are some ethical gaming operations in the space and they should be applauded. Equally there are many nefarious operations and it's critical that we transparently identify them and hold them accountable.

I wonder how you can choose this casino while this thread has been already died for around a year and so many big casinos thread appeared on the first page. AFAIK they didn't even have a worthy bonus to attract new users.

The site is no longer accessible (using Tor)
Even using google or mozilla is no longer accessible too and AFAIK I didn't even can access this casino 1-2 months before, I'm not sure why this guy can access it.

This Coinsaga.com has taken my deposit and is holding my funds hostage for 12 days now. They never credited my deposit which was handled through CoinsPaid payment processor. I've spoken to their live chat and they keep making excuses and say g they have notified the tech team.  They have notified the relevant department and they will get back to me.  12 days later they are still saying the same thing.

They refuse to return my funds and then after waiting for 12 days with no credit or no update they have now requested KYC DOCUMENTS which I have emphatically declined.

I will be opening a scam accusation against them directly after this post.  Beware of this website and it's shady operations.

I'm really disappointed for you sir. Isn't there any way to solve this problem alternatively? Have you tried to be more stressful with their support?

When you'll open your scam accusation here, please provide every details in way that everyone can see what's happened and also add more pressure to the teams in way to process your withdrawal easily.

The site is no longer accessible (using Tor) and there have been no social media updates since last April. You can refer to the archives sites if you want any references such as their licensing information.

It is very worrying that they will close this service without any announcement indicating no attempt to refund the remaining users.

I would like to ask what is the reason why you are asking for KYC verification when someone wants to withdraw money?

If KYC verification is needed every time someone makes a withdrawal, you should ask for it during creating an account. Unless you assume that players will never withdraw anything ..

1.
The user withdrew without any problem.

2 & 3.
There are no withdrawal requests for those users.

@Erdogan, have you read their terms and conditions before signing up, their KYC is really mandatory before withdrawal.
https://www.coinsaga.com/terms-and-conditions

So it is not the case that coinsaga will ask KYC only after creating your withdrawal. It has been in their terms and conditions.
This is why, it is important to browse the ToS/Terms of the site before signing up or sending any funds so you will not get caught when you decide to withdraw your funds.

Also, for those users who were saying about waiting their withdrawal, they can always post snapshots here or send to coinsaga rep for proof.
Otherwise, they may be trolling only.
