It's good to know that some online gambling casinos are very serious about their business like following the rules of a country where online gambling is not allowed or may need to follow the government rules before doing business. I guess VPN is not recommended to use if the person is on a country that is on the list of blocl country as when that person withdraw then will be asked for KYC documents and would know that he/she is from the country that is being block from the site.

I'd like to clarify that we only ask for documents (aka start our KYC process) in case of a Withdrawal request of $1k+
Under $1k Daily? or account has been withdraw over $1k+ should KYC?,
Also, I read up your privacy&policy, your company further process our IP address in order to confirm our location. How do you know we don't use Proxy/VPN every access your website and use multiple account?

The website looks quite nice, and the webpages load particularly fast (I've noticed this, so it must be faster than average). However, then I took a look at your KYC policies, and they are so strict!

I am afraid it's going to be a major drawback for many players since many prefer to play anonymously and some tolerate mild KYC policies. The latter is quite a common practice where the casino reserves the right to check the documents in case something suspicious is going on or enforces the KYC requirements when a certain amount of money is involved (something big). But ID + utility bill + potential additional documents - wow, that's a big amount of data one has to give away every single time!
Even though i do advertise this company but i do highly agree into this point about KYC matters which is more strict if we do compare it on other gambling sites nowadays.
They should at least consider on lessening on whats being asked specially the documents but im not that surprised coz for sure they are implying measure which had been set.
Try to look the list of banned countries or being blacklisted.

Hey kryptqnick and carlfebz2, hope you're both well! Thank you for your comments regarding our brand's look and speed!

I'd like to clarify that we only ask for documents (aka start our KYC process) in case of a Withdrawal request of $1k+ value or a $10k+ value Deposit, NOT for every transaction. You can read more about this in our support section: https://www.coinsaga.com/support

We are open to relax these more in the future, but for the time being they will stay as is. I will be meeting with our compliance team to see if we can make this more clear on our Terms and Conditions page.

I'd also like to mention that we enforce KYC as part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) measures which we see as paramount for our brand to be fully compliant with laws as well as be safe from abuse and to ensure it has a future. I hope this makes things more clear, thanks!

A little ask about coinage why blocking several countries that are applied? A little confused isn't the more users the more perfect coinsaga gambling platform? I want to hear specific reasons and details about blocking countries on the baklist, and I just tried coinsaga, many interesting promotions that I can follow

Heres the reason on why they do have that long blacklist of countries;

We block traffic coming from those countries based on their online gambling laws. Some of them have outlawed online gambling altogether while some require any online casino to hold a license issued by that country's government bodies. Some other countries might also be blocked by our own license that we operate with. For example a Curacao license disallows traffic from USA, UK and Netherlands among others.

People who reside in those countries are welcome to participate in the campaign, however they won't be able to deposit, withdraw and play on coinsaga.com.

I hope our explanation is understood Smiley thanks!

About the site - its pretty neat imho and a wide variety of games.
Yes, now I understand that the reason is the legal factor in the country, yes I support it from coinsaga being their target to punish this gambling, be alert so that everything can be done without obstruction in Gambling coinsaga

This is quite interesting with a new concept. Also this is the first time with such a large number of games available to play with bitcoin. That's a big effort, hope the promotion will get the targeted result.

I also really liked it. Especially the design of the site, because it immediately attracted my attention.

Thank you ilham10. We hope to see you join other players online on CoinSaga soon!

There are certain laws that prohibit each country in terms on online gambling and its better to restrict the country who are not gambling friendly rather than facing a consequences by violating the law.

So it's better that they do this meaning they follow the restrictions and focus to do some business in the countries where online gambling is regulated or allowed.

They want to expand as much as possible but they are following certain rules for specific countries that prohibits online gambling. Each country has different understanding and rules regarding online gambling.
Before crypto gambling wasn't considered that much but now, they are becoming strict with the implementation of rules.

This underlying problems that most users experience now has been addressed already, and I think if there's a deeper reason why several countries had been blocked. With this question, I guess in my opinion we should go after vpn whitelisting in order to use coinsaga website smoothly. Hopefully the Op could also add a briefer information to make it more defined to all of us here.

Sure, it's perfectly acceptable to ask questions like this. I see a lot of users here do not understand online gambling laws that do limit the amount of countries which you can operate it (if you care about being trustworthy anyways..) We had a similar question about this on our Signature campaign thread so I'll paste that here below. We hope you'll try out our product too Smiley

I would like to make a suggestion. Your site highlights some bonuses. The way those bonus amounts are written is a bit odd. For example, you have written it as mB15. I had to luck a few times to understand what exactly is written.

I suggest you make some changes. The symbol for millibitcoins is mBTC, so use that instead of mB. Also, put the number in front so that it says 15 mBTC and not mB15. I think it looks better that way.

Thanks for your feedback Pmalek Smiley We will look into it and start doing some fixes today
