I would like to ask what is the reason why you are asking for KYC verification when someone wants to withdraw money?

If KYC verification is needed every time someone makes a withdrawal, you should ask for it during creating an account. Unless you assume that players will never withdraw anything ..

Those players who have no problems do not write anything. From what I noticed, only a few people have problems with withdrawals. Unfortunately, these types of issues happen on every website, not only casinos. As for the waiting period for an explanation, 2 weeks is definitely too long to wait for an answer. It is also strange that it looks like support only responds to some posts, not all of them. I think support should spend more attention and time to responding to all users. It would definitely improve the image of the casino.

At the beginning I got an error as if it were the internet connection, but I checked everything and it is with good speed and it has not failed, then I restarted the computer, I went back in and the error still appears.

Where have you been during the last 7 months? I thought you have left this forum and would not come back.

its better to see them comeback with a big good news than seeing them bumped the thread without any news whatsoever but they should give a notice if they will be inactive and what is the reason for doing so  ,
 also they should state a date if when will they comeback so that people here have an idea .
reading his previous replies i feel that he will rarely respond to us and he will become inactive again for sometime and maybe comeback only to share the new update

They should be consistent in updating their thread. I mean, if they have no major updates, at least make the community feel that they are still active and operational. Because once the thread goes silent, players will not play on their site for the fear that their funds will be trapped and no one can help them. But it is good to hear that they are still alive and still doing some progress. Maybe, once they established those changes and confident about the services of their site, they should be more visible here, throw some contests or rewards.
thats right they should be confident because that is thier site , they put hardwork on it even if its not perfect .
 we will understand but what important is we can feel thier presence .
 some of us here are not confident in a site that arent active in their ann thread but there are players that are not a member of this forum and they dont worry like us as long as they see that the site still functions and its costumer support is responding .
