They are stringing us along. As soon as you can, take your coins out, because the site will be "hacked" shortly after they come back online, and all the coins will be "stolen by the hackers."
Would also advise keeping your coins safe for a while until everything settles back to normal.

It's been almost a month now.. I really do believe they're not coming back. As someone that does this type of work all the time, I can promise you this is something that I would have had straightened out day 1. They're just screwing around with everyones emotions at this point. If they do come back, you really have to question why it is it took so long. It really shouldn't have. I don't care if they're migrating the server over. Would take a few hours max. Luckily I never kept anymore than $15 or so on there because I just had this feeling about them. Only reason I even had that on there was because I was trading ECA.
