When your dealing with other peoples money you have a duty of care to make sure :
1/ Monies are safe.
2/ People are kept informed as to what is happening to their monies.
3/ Be seen to be transparent in any dealings rearding peoples money.
Coinsmarkets have done nothing to show that they have even considered any of these points...

Maybe that fishguy a few posts back got them already and now none of us will get our coins back.
I was already thought that CM had disappeared with no hope - domain name cannot be resolved, etc. And later google search brought me here, lol. And it seems like we still have a little light of hope somewhere far on the horizon...

Is the CoinsMarkets support responsive? I have contacted them regarding some missing coins which didn't arrive to my wallet, although the blockchain explorer shows the transaction. That was when I was still able to log in and see my wallets. However, it is almost 3 weeks ago and I haven't received any response. The coins I've sent there are almost useless so I don't care too much, but I don''t want to lose them anyway..

They prefer for people to give in gradually, each at their own pace, than for all their users to suddenly become very angry and motivated on one day.

Yeah they are gone. People just have to accept the fact they did a runner. Common sense would be the re-upload the original site and allow it to be as is until they can get a new one up and working offline and then migrate over to the new one. But no they took everything down and bounced...
