Just want ro ask po, since security bnk cardless is still not worming before mabilis makpagcashout pero ngaun until now po di parin naayos sana maayos nyo po iyon dahil para sakin mas okay un lalo na if need ng cash
Sobrang dami kasing nagiging problema to eh. Mostly sa delay ng egive numbers. Saka marami naman ng option. Try gcash exchange yung instapay. 10 php na lang per transaction.
Kahit maraming options thru cashout, iba parin talaga yung cardless cashout ng Security bank.Ewan ko ba pero much less hassle to compared to other
CO options.

Wala pa bang mga rumor or update na ibabalik nila ang Egive co? parang indemand and feature na to which its better na ibalik nila.

I am having a problem today, I tried to withdraw my GCASH balance but the ATM could not process.
Tried it with 3 ATM's and same result, I did the attempt from 11 am to 2 pm, .. so I would to ask if anyone here also experience the same, or its just me?

Grin

I'm in the middle of resolving it with them. Got the 1 week notification, did all my cashouts now in preparation for my account getting put back to level 1 for cashouts until the situation is resolved. I have to give credit to Coins customer service team, they really did go out of their way to help me here.

AFAIK, there's no such thing as the account will get back to Level 1. It's just that your limit to your current level will be lowered.

And yes, I do agree with what you have noticed on coins.ph support. They are good at handling any case even there are lots of times I got pissed during a conversation with them lol.

Anyways, update us here for reference.

Basically yung tanong ko is pano ba nag ooperate ang coins.ph is it under the control of the government para ma legalize at ma accept ang bitcoin at crypto currency sa ating bansa or private company lang sya in short para ba syang payment processor na naghahandle ng conversion ng php to btc vice versa or isa syang trading site ?

At ano ba talaga ang terms and conditions para maiwasan ma flag or ma ban mga account namin.

https://coins.ph/about/

https://coins.ph/user-agreement/

https://site.coins.ph/user-agreement

Actually no need for further explanation. Ma-gets mo yan bro. Ikaw pa.

Sort out natin para di general ang response, ano ba gusto mo i-pinpoint at baka mas may malapit tayong sagot.

I just want to know how much time they usually give you between asking for source of funds info/documents and cutting off withdrawals.

They will just ask additional info about your income once you hit the "alarm" whatever the account level. On how much the amount involved for that, no one knows. As long as a certain user always do withdrawals regularly with quite a decent amount average on a given period, expect a surprise message from them.

bobo ako

Just ignore this idiot. He works for a scam exchange that me and a few other people busted several months back. He's still bitter about it and follows me around everywhere.

Thanks everybody else for your input.

Based on my experience, 2 months or less after you received the first email about complying with the additional info, your limits will be lowered first. Then a few days or weeks later, that's the time now they will cut your withdrawals but you can still send funds to others either to BTC external address or to a coins.ph user. That what I always did during the time my withdrawal got halted.

I don't have a bank account nor do I get statements from my employer. I do get paid in PayPal sometimes, but that's irrelevant to Coins. I do generate invoices for one of my clients.

That will do. Just give it a try. It's still a form of revenue.

The whole "source of funds" thing seems dumb though. PayPal or any bank account I've ever had never asked me about my source of funds -- why would it matter for cryptocurrency. Oh well, I don't make the rules.

I do agree but that's not all about crypto in general. That is part of the mandated terms of the BSP to any banks here in PH, including all crypto-related services so all companies on that industry have to comply.

Naranasan ko ito sa coins.ph wallet ko last year.
50k php naging limit ko at limitado talaga ang gakit ng wallet ko so i decided to create another wallet.
At ito na naman si coins.ph nagpadala na naman ng email sa akin same as last year.
Pero there a good news.

I heard that some exchanges lock users account and ask for proof of founds when they receive transactions from dark markets, is Coins.ph tracking dark market wallets?

Isn't it common for a regulated exchange, globally or locally, to lock user's account if it involved suspicious activity? I believed all exchanges shared infos to each other about a certain addresses that involved in dark market.

So kelangan natin lagi mag convert muna sa PHP from now on? Or depende sa withdrawal service?

No need to convert to PHP.

Wala rin kinalaman if by desktop or Anroid.

Yes, so most likely if you send coins from gambling or darkmarkets to Coins.ph your account will be limited and will need to do KYC again.
First of all, I don't think gambling sites is considered dark that will make your coins account void, but there were some cases when you transact from gambling site to coins they will conduct an interview with you via skype. But, right now I don't think there is a problem regarding that. Made transaction from various exchange and gambling sites and nothing is happening.

like that guy who send BTC to his girlfriend, maybe the coins he send are coming from darkmarket so his girlfriend will need to do KYC again.
Do you have the link for this concern? That KYC thing, in doing it again. I was a member of coins.ph since 2017 and then they asked me to do an enhanced verification. If that's the case, they are just following some sort of protocols from SEC that's why they are in need to make everybody do enhanced verification. In my own account, they made my limitation 0 and it sucks that it forced me to do KYC again.

There were some cases in which we are avoiding transacting from gambling sites because my friend was told by somebody from coins that they will interview somebody if he/she transact between coins wallet and gambling site. IDK if that's still the case as of these days but that case was way 2017.
