Galing lang no. Sobrang mahal ng tawag dati from overseas to PH tapos ngayon sulit na sulit na. Sa iilang minuto dapat masabi mo na lahat ng sasabihin mo kasi sobrang limited lang ang oras. May convenient way naman via Facebook at Messenger pero mahal kasi internet sa ibang bansa or nagtitipid ang ilan sa ating mga kababayan lalo sa mga OFW at mga seaman kaya minsan di na rin sila nagloload ng data para mag Facebook or Messenger. Buti naman naisip ng coins.ph na iinvolved ang app na ito for much hassle way of reloading it while at the same time awareness na rin na may app palang ganito.

Up to 3pm na nga ang cut-off ng bank withdrawals e so early pa yang ginawa mo. Wag na magpatumpik pa at mag send agad sa support at magbump ng concern. Mabasa agad nila yan.

Kahit I'm sure na darating yan this day iba pa rin ang sigurado. Heads up mo para masama sa process nila ngayon araw. Weekend na bukas alanganin.

The answer is still the same, yes. Keep the payment slip as proof to that "someone" although not necessary. Just a backup for future reference.

Yeah GCASH could be used as a third party platform for Coins and 'someone's bank account.' Since I think in coins.ph they have a rule that you need to submit your cashout by 10 am in the morning and then you'll get it by 6pm the same day(not much familiar with this cashout but this was it is the last time I did this).

From coins.ph, no need for their bank accounts. Just hit directly the Bills Payment then fill up your bill payment details.

However, paying bills payments on banks processed way faster compare to coins but not an issue as long as you are paying it at least early before the due date.

Hi @lebron99x, yes you can send money from your Coins.ph account to another person's bank account. Their name and bank account number are the only requirements if you want to do that transaction and it may take a day to complete such transactions.

But if you are in a hurry you can cash out via Gcash (you need a verified Gcash account then), then transfer to your friend's bank account and it would only take you about 5 minutes to transfer the funds from COins.ph >>>Gcash>>>Bank account.
