Hala nakakaalarma naman to,  ibang iba talaga ang coins.pro sa coins.ph Dahil ako ginagamit ko parehas dati at ayos naman maliit lang kasi kinacashout ko kaya dumadating never pa ko nagcashout ng ganyang kalaking halaga ng pera sa coins.pro ngayon nass coins.ph lang ako tutal naman maliitan lang naman ang cashout ko kaya doon na ako sa subok ko na at madaling macashout ang pera. Need talaga namin ng update mo kabayan dahil upang malaman namin kung safe ba talaga itong gamitin o hindi batay sa mga nasabi mo na since June ka pa pala nagsabi sa support nila pero dapat 24-48 hours sumagot na sila sa iyo di natin alam ang tunay na dahilan.

Is there anyone here, who experienced the same scenario like this user? I don't know ha pero have you ever been on twitter, may nababasa kasi ako like for the expert traders and analysts : TwitterCrypto Personalities such as like cryptobirb https://twitter.com/crypto_birb?, LOMA, CryptoNight, BirdNest etc. na they always find Binance scheduling a maintenance kapag ka merong possible Bull Run/Bullish ang BTC, maybe Coins.ph doing the same thing, I mean, They need money to and have their own Trading System to gain Profit. 

Anyway, My Advice is directly contact Coins.Pro not by email kasi one month na eh, that is too much na, Try calling them, if no answer pa din, go to their office, I have never used Coins.Pro tho i got an email/notification for BETA testing , i forgot na but i always got a notification for that. Anyway, going back, I think it's better to contact them but do it on all their contact details after email, phone, if no answer tsaka ka magproceed to contact them personally and also provide proof na they are not replying to your email para mas justifiable yung pagpunta mo na urgent yung concern mo para mas maprioritize ka. Goodluck, Balitaan mo kami.

KYC is done, my concern here is why there is no delete account option in Coins.ph Settings.

Because they have money, and i'm not like them and "almost" was a victim of identity theft noon, this is big deal for me because it includes money and Bitcoin Transactions from addresses na i don't even know na kung kanino nanggaling. I'm just trying to be safe, clean and SURE.

Absolutely nothing, what kind of reply is this, are you stating the obvious? Applying for a Job VS Deleting my account on Coins.ph, Usage of MY TRANSACTIONS on coins.ph vs Exposing my identity for applying a job? I think it's different, tho i gave my identity WITH CONSENT, I still have my sensitive detail such as MY TRANSACTIONS.

Yeah, I agree with you, I was a fool back then, Siyempre Newbie, not even reading Terms and Conditions. Maybe , I'm just paranoid because of what happened to me. Still considering to ask them to try to deactivate my account or whatever's possible, or Maybe , stop myself for being Paranoid

No idea e. Napansin ko lang siya sa pinaka lower list ng withdrawal options.

Maximum amount allowed is Php 150,000 and the best thing are Php 20 lang ang withdrawal fee at INSTANT pa.

No idea talaga ako kung ano to. Mayroon ako naalala iyong virtual card ng AMEX pero di itong Coins Cash Card.

Anyways, tinanong ko na sa support para maliwanagan din ako.

Yung physical card? Meron na dati nyan pero hindi pa ako nag-request. Ang alam ko kailangan yata level 3 verification din. May nagbanggit sa akin dati na parang matagal ang processing nila kaya hindi na kumukuha yung iba. (EDIT: Paymaya ata yun at hindi coins cash card  )

Hindi ko din masearch kung pano mag avail numg coins cash card na yan, mukha nga kasing malaking tipid yan sa offer nya. Paupdate na lang kung sino man ang makakakita ng how to avail at yung iba pang requirements kung sakali.

Ang mura ng fees niya. Php 20 lang "any amout" and Instant din ang process nya.

Ilang linggo pa lang yang account na gamit mo kaya hindi nakapagtataka kung bakit ngayon mo lang nakita itong thread na ito. Hindi ko alam kung may account ka na dati.

Maraming impormasyon na ang naibigay at napagusapan dito, tignan mo yung mga latest info baka kasi hindi na applicable yung iba.

Yes, parehas lang ng destination address ang coins.ph at coins pro. Kapag nandun kana keep calm, makipagusap ng mahinahon, at saka mo sila pagmumurahin pag naayos na yung problema mo sa kanila (jk only)

Kilala yang office nila dun tanong ka na lang. Nilagay ko lang iyong phone number if gusto mo iconfirm pero wag mo na tawagan if about sa problem mo at baka makadagdag lang sa bwisit mo.

San ba office ng coins pro? parehas lng ba ng office yon coins.ph at coins pro? pls advice

Ilang linggo na rin akong hindi nakakagamit ng coins.pro simula talaga noong nagkaroon ata ng maintenance noon parang nagkaroon ng problema dati naman smooth ang transaction nila kaya naman mas maganda pa yun dati kaya back to coins.ph na muna talaga ako  baka mamaya magkaroon pa ko ng problem sa may coins.pro kung hindi mo pa siya nirereplayan ibang usapan na yun.

Last resort mo na is puntahan sila sa office nila sa Ortigas para malaman ang totoo.

Sa akin 1 week di sumasagot is alarming na. Unprofessional na yan. This is the first time talaga na may narining akong umabot ng over a month ang waiting time at walang response kahit 1 beses sa side nila. Kaya for that, if may time ka and alam kong abala talaga to sa iyo, rektahin mo na sa office.

As of the last visit of my friend, last April sa office nila, marami raw tao talaga. Concerns are block account and matagal maverify. Goodluck bro. Kahit murahin mo sila dito di nila makikita e.

Sa COINS PRO ako mag cash out directly to my bank account kasi malaki naman limits ko  sa coins pro at may option naman sila para sa ganun.


Ayaw ko mag cash out from coins pro to coins.ph ng PHP ko kasi mas maliit LIMITS ko sa COINS.PH magugulang sila PAGDATING SA CASH OUT lalo na pag malaking amount ang cash out mo. ( parang double mababawasan yon cash out limits ko sa coins pro then pati sa coins.ph mababawasan din limits ko)

If that's your main issue, dapat alam mo na yan before you register in coins or any websites, by accepting their terms and privacy policy, which its not possible to delete an account.

And I tell you that delete feature will not delete your data from their record or any other website na may delete feature. They just mark your row of records na delete/removed status, but thats not necessary na completely deleted na yung account mo.

Natry niya na raw pero ang response sa kanya ni coins.ph is iyong coins.pro ang magrereach out sa kanya which is hanggang ngayon walang sagot.


Potek na yan over a month na wala pang sagot? Never ko pa narinig ang ganyang katagal na waiting period of time sa kanila. Seryoso na yan bro and kung malapit ka sa Ortigas puntahan mo na. Pero marami rin volume ng tao dyan.

Kahit frustrated ka pilitin mo maging mahinahon. Saka mo na sila murahin pag nakuha mo na pera mo outside coins.pro.

Ilan beses ka na nag bump ng concern? Sa coins.ph ka magbump since sila ang sumasagot. Sabihin mo walang sumasagot sa coins.pro pero I assume nagawa mo na ito.

Try mo mag email din sa Coins, kasi nasubokan ko din mag email sa both, coins at coins pro pero problema ko ay nasa coins pro.
Na try mo ba ipadaan muna sa Coins.ph ung e cacash out mo na PHP? Like, Coins Pro to coins.ph muna then coins.ph to your bank account.
At tsaka baka nakukulitan sila sayo, mahinahon ka muna sa pag contact sila at wag agad magalit o baka minumura mo na support nila, hehehe just my 2 cents.
