Hello - Any idea on when will Ethereum be available in your services? A lot of Filipinos are now involved in crypto-currency special in ICOs and such, on which ETH is widely use.
Most of us are hesitant to invest in some ICOs because we have to go to all the hassles because we cannot buy ETH with Php.
I hope Coinsph will consider this soon.

Hello! Why every time I'm issuing money to the security bank once the code is missing? sometimes 16 digits, for what reason? sometimes 4 codes and 16 codes we will not receive the message.

Its a common issue while using egivecashout out. Sometimes the 16 digit is missing, You can try to request a new one via the history tab of your cashout transaction. if that one failed too.. you need to contact coins.ph support to restart the transaction manually.

Ethereum is already available to the select few beta testers of the new coins.ph wallet. Soon it will be available to everyone and one thing, there's a 20 pesos charge per generated ETH wallet address on your account.

Contact niyo po yung support niyo at tanong anong magandang gawin panigurado may ipapapconfirm sa yo na link sa gmail account mo kung ikaw talaga ang mag ari kaya dapat alam mo yung account mo sa email mo.

I have never experienced na bawasan ng coins.ph yung daily limit ko kahit na may mga panahon na halos araw araw ako ng lwiwithdraw ng pera. Baka kasi masyado ng malaking halaga ng Bitcoin yung pumapasok ang lumalabas sa account mo kaya hinihingan ka ng mga documents to prove na hindi galing sa illegal activites yung mga Bitcoin na pinapasok mo sa account mo.

Oo pwede, kasi nagawa ko na dati yan nung nag palit ako ng sim card last year, mag log in ka sa website nila then punta ka sa settings, makikita mo dun yung contact number then change mo lang. But when I first tried it hindi ko mapalitan kasi nag eerror so nag email pa ko sa kanila para ireport yung nangyari, then may binigay silang number sakin at tumawag daw ako doon gamit yung current number na nakalagay sa account and asked some questions to verify kung ako ba talaga yun tapos nung second attempt ko okay na, napalitan ko na.

Anong level ang kanilang binibigyan ng 20k daily convert? Kainis naman paano kung kailangan natin ng madaliang cash out eh di mahirapan na naman tayo jan. Mas ok pa noon mas madali nating ma withdraw ang ating pera kung kailangan natin agad agad.

Pwede po. May instruction ang Coins.ph diyan dito. Check mo nalang po. Ang kailangan lang po nila diyan ma-verify mo yung bago mong number. Bale magpapadala sila sa'yo ng code sa bago mong number at tapos yun ang gagamitin mo pang-verify, then okay na po yan.

Last time nag post din ako dito ng frustration ko na ganyang ganyan din... Buti at na verify agad... Hassle kasi talaga pag oraorada and di natin napansin na may mga pag babago sa kalakaran... Bumaba na din yung egivecash, from 10k, down to 5k na lang per transaction... Pero mabilis lang yan ma verify...

Kahapon ko lang din nalang to kasi nag withdraw ako ng 100K. Kailangan ko pang gamitin account ng ate ko para makapagcashout ng 100K kasi 50K nalang din yung daily para mag convert.
