Disagree ako sa mga nagsasabi na worst ang support. Siguro may times at syempre walang perfect support sa kahit anong exchanges. Of course expect waiting time lalo na pag mataas ang demand. Ok ang support ng coins.ph with the rating of 7 out 10 FOR NOW para sa akin. Kung alam mo lang gaano kaworst ang mga international exchanges pagdating sa support baka lagnatin ka na kahihintay gaya sa Poloniex at YOBIT. Baka sa experience mo lang yan sa coins.ph. Kasi kung talagang bulok yan dapat majority ng mga users dito naiyak sa kada pages pero wala namang ganun.

mabagal dito, mabagal din sa application nila. sa totoo lang nung dumami na ang users ng coins.ph pumangit na lalo serbisyo nila, di gaya dati na ok talaga ung reply nila, ung tipong kahit ok na ung issue mo maghahanap pa yan para ayusin agad agad.

hindi din, may experience ako sa coins.ph, nagka issue ako about sa withdrawal ko, inabot ako ng ilang linggo kaka-kausap sa kanila, hindi sila masyadong active sa pagreply sa akin, pero oo naayos naman in the end, but isa ako sa mga hindi satisfied sa service nila.

Kulitin mo lang palagi. So far wala pa ako naging issues sa kanila.

I made a transfer from AIRBIT to cons.ph about 125$ lang naman. Base sa airbit account ko they already PAID and closed the transaction providing nung folio number. But it did not appear sa coins.ph account ko. Tried several messages with support group pero pabalik balik ang tanong which is nasasagot ko naman.

I attached my airbit transaction even yung bitcoin address ko sa coinsph. I dobt understand, does anyone here experience the same?

I asked my classmate of the process kasi I might have mistakenly do it pero yun din yung process ginawa nya dati (withdrawing) at succesfull naman.

According to support ng coinsph THERES IS NO TRANSACTION made for my account. Now I'm in Brazil and I dont know how can I be able to solve this. As for airbit ganun pa rin sagot nila na natransfer na nila.

pwede bang malaman ano yung airbit na yan? is that an investment site or hyip just like that? kasi kung naitransfer mo na ang funds mo makikita mo yan sa blockchain, makikita mo yung txid niyan kung andun nga, kung wala, hindi naprocess ng airbit yan, it means its a scam.

Its an investment site. Yung blockchain na sinasabi mo san po yan mkikita banda? Yung kaklase ko always nag wi withdraw okay naman. Sakin iba eh walang pumasok although nakalagay sa may account ko na paid na.
