Possible kaya itong coins.ph nagkaron ng feature na Automated Buy Bitcoin at this price at Sell bitcoin at this price.

Well this guy that I am talking about is not into online gambling and online paluwagan. Ron Hose (co-founder of coins.ph) also replied to my friends FB post and said that "he will personally look into it to see what happened". Ron Hose also posted that "It is possible that the account was mistakenly flagged due to high amounts / irregular activity". He is just 1 client anyway, it will not surely hurt coins.ph. Lets move on.

Move on na tayo guys.

Just want to share with you guys a terrible experience of a friend of mine who also use Coins.ph. He has an available balance 500,000 pesos in his PhP wallet. My friend received an email from Coins.ph stating that they cannot continue to support him on their platform. Coins.ph did not elaborate the exact reason. My friend now wants to cashout all his money but Coins.ph wants a notarized request for account termination and withdrawal of funds plus valid ids. So if you guys plan to keep you money Coins.ph, think about it, as this may happen to you. I have a screen shot of the email that Coins.ph sent to my friend and I asked his permission to post his negative experience with this company.

And it's because of the lack of manpower.

I feel sorry sa mga kababayan nating nababan from Mindanao, especially Jolo. Lol. Ang hirap naman nyan. Maybe, they would also consider kung saan galing ang customer nila. Skype interview is most convenient for those people from Visayas and Mindanao. But again, let's just try not to use coins.ph as our personal wallet.

Hello,

This is Pem from Coins.ph

Very sorry to hear of your friend's experience in our platform. I have personally escalated this to our team.

Typically we disable online cash-outs for accounts when we suspect that the account was involved in fraud, or other activity that violates our terms of service (gambling, illegal investment scheme, etc). Another common reason is if we are concerned an account is subject to unauthorized access.

Here is our user agreement: https://coins.ph/user-agreement

As mentioned, your friend can still cash-out the funds by submitting a written request.  The reason for this is that we need to document that they requested for the funds to be taken out of the account, and ensure we are sending the funds to the rightful owner.

Your friend can contact me via our support email ([email protected]), and I can review to understand exactly what happened and help.

Legit and business nun. If you have time go search so FB page ng Coins.ph at makikita mo yung post nya then try to search in google yung name nya para makita mo ang back ground nung tao. Walang tinatago yun.

Dami rin for review yung account.
