Pag nag cash in na ako sa coins.ph then nagconvert na ako from peso to btc. Pwede na ba ang direct transfer from coins.ph to blockchain or bittrex using btc address ng blockchain or bittrex? wala bang magiging problema?

I have a friend who works abroad. He only has a passport but Filipinos can't use the passport as Identity documentation. What gives? Isn't the passport the best form of ID? Not anyone has SSS ID, Driver's License or Postal ID, but definitely a passport is a requirement for overseas workers.

Hi, passport is one of our acceptable IDs for account verification. You can tell him to send our team a message at [email protected] so we can review his submission Smiley

Hi Support, when can we use EgiveCashout again? its been on maintenance for days now.  my cash limit for egivecashout is now refresh, when can we expect to use it again?
As far as I know passports can be used to verify your account up to the Level 2 Verification process. But it won't let you and your friend be verified by level 3 as it needs an address, which you can use a utility bill or even a monthy phone bill to achieve you can even ise bank statements in the process.

mga boss bumaba napo ba transaction fee and yong sending time ng bitcoin from other wallet?
gusto kona po sanang mag top up eh! thanks po
Why ask if you can check it yourself?
Well, I checked it for you. The lowest transaction fee is approximately 68 pesos as of wrinting or 0.00029232BTC.
Next time, it would be better if you do simple things by yourself than posting it here and let others do for you.
In case you don't know how, just go to your btc wallet, click send and place the recepient btc address.

Smiley

Please enlighten me Smiley

Thank you po. Question lang po bakit mas mahal bumili kesa mag sell sa coins.ph in terms of php po?

Like ethereum or steam etc.
no, only bitcoin lang ang pwedeng i-store sa coins.ph, kung magtatago ka ng eth may mew yan, dun ka pwede mag store ng altcoin mo or sa exchanger if you want. pero sa coins hindi pa e, siguro matagal pa nila bago planuhin un.

Request / Suggestion

Good Day to both the management of Coins and to Fellow Users. I think it is time for Coins.Ph to increase there Cash-Out limits with the lower levels namely Level 1 and 2 for reasons such as.

1. The price of Bitcoin before is 2000$ and the daily Cash out limit for Level 2 users are 50,000 PHP
2. The price of Bitcoin right now is above 4100$ which is more than double, but still the Cash Out Limit is 50,000 PHP and an Annual Limit of 400,000 PHP

I think it is more than just to change or increase the limits because of the price of Bitcoin has now. It also helps people who is having a hard time getting that Level 3 verification process you have in your wallet. I hope that you listen to our request as it is just a simple one on making our lives better.

I hope that other users agree with me. God Bless.

Hi, it's Pem from Coins.ph!

Thank you for the feedback! We really appreciate that you took the time to share your ideas on how we can improve our account verification. The different levels try to balance ease of use for customers and security/compliance provisions. We'd be happy to review this, and if there would be any changes in our policies, we'll definitely update our users. Also, feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected]. We'd be happy to guide you through the level 3 verification process.
Thank You Ms. Pem for noticing my requeast and I do hope that the Coins.Ph management take action on my request as the limits for level 2 and below are not reasonable anymore duue to the high price of Bitcoin, I hope you understand on the part of the user of your wallet service. As it can both help us in many ways. Thank You Again. God Bless.
Agree mam pem , its time to add the cashout limits on accounts in coins.ph , We users are experiencing some trouble if there will be a large cashout. Nalilimit din ako per day minsan eh pag kelangan mag labas malaking pera , kaya kelangan ko mag hintay next day para maka cashout ulit. Pero all service feels nice to me. Support are good, I feel they are resposive in my questions about my inquiries. Good job coins.ph

Maraming salamat po sa mga feedback ninyo! It's always great to hear back from our customers!!

Kailangan ba may Picture yung ID? how about TIN ID , pwede ko na ba siyang magamit para makapag verify or need pa ng ibang Card? Thank you.

Afaik tin id is secondary id, not sure lang kung tatanggapin nila yan for verification

For a full list of acceptable IDs, refer here: https://support.coins.ph/hc/en-us/articles/201305174-Which-IDs-are-accepted-for-the-ID-verification-process- Smiley
