"As you may be aware, the TerraMiner IV May batch has now sold out and we are not opening sales for a June batch at this time. Our operations team is focusing all of its efforts on fulfilling existing orders with current customers and now that we have ramped up production we are making good progress, having delivered the first batch and now well into shipping the second. "

everyone from first batch received their miner?

can cointerra product ship to asia? how long time delivered?
There are pre-orders on Cointerra miners all the way to the May batch. If you buy one now, expect to be delivered in June. Think for yourself if it's worth.

This is personal
I am the same customer since I have many units on order and I am not happy that one machine that is $14400 showed up 2 days before the machine that cost $6000, at the very least they should be refunding $2000 to make it equal to buying one January and one March unit.

If they shipped your March order already then, that must be how they made it up for you.  No one else in Feb or March has there orders yet.

They appear to be shipping January units now...Huh  So for the extra money the December batch paid you got about 3 days of extra mining time.

that how knc and hashfast handled this too

and i think its right to do so

consider this: what is better? one customer fucked up, one "happy". or two customers fucked up?

why do you think they already shipping januar units? I asked them yesterday and they said they are in the middle of batch 1.
January units will be shipped in "some weeks"  Undecided

Early January customers and December customers would be smart to consider a refund during this price dip.  Hurry

We have recently updated our TerraMiner User Guide, along with the most recent firmware.

They are both available for download here: http://cointerra.com/user-guide/ .

We appreciate any feedback on the user guide, so feel free to email [email protected] with any suggestions.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Back on topic a little, I think Cointerra deserves a little credit for what seems like a pretty clean shipment of December units (at least in the US - I would like to hear from customers outside the US too). By the sounds of it they shipped many people's units on Monday, and most units arrived at their destination on Wednesday (2 day UPS). Everyone's unit *appears* to be operating at 1.6 TH/s, 1.55 pool-side.

I believe I was late in the December queue, but received my unit yesterday (Wednesday, Feb. 12th). It took one day between "Preparing to ship" and "Shipping". It took 3 days in between the "Preparing to ship" and actually arriving. The big question is - are there any December orders that have not received their unit yet?

Don't know a single non US customer which has received a unit yet, regardless of order position

None of my clients have. Dec-Jan orders all around.

Credit for Huh

Its mid FEB.  And DEC units are barely out the door...  (see:  bobsag3 who represents many hosted customers & international feedback...)

+1.  still more profitable to order 58nm antminers at this rate!

I just got my two TerraMiner IVs yesterday (early January batch).

if you don't mind me asking, what rough order number and date did you have for your Jan batch delivery, and how long did it take to go from "Shipping Preparation" to "Shipped"?
