The more we get the public to see and hear about the technology, the higher the adoption will grow in the future. They can call it Nerd money, but the nerds will rule the world. Grin

Bitcoin were also mentioned in the series Designated Survivor.

A little bit of the Designated Survivor: The United States Capitol was bombed and killed every person inside it, including the POTUS. *fast forward* The mastermind behind the bombing bought computers via Bitcoin..

In this part of the show (Season 2, Episode 1, around 21:30), it shows that transacting with Bitcoin is peer-to-peer and that can be anonymous.

Every time Bitcoin is mentioned on a movie or TV Show, it will bring some awareness regarding cryptocurrency, even if only one person go online to search what's all this about.

Yeh, I've seen a lot of fims from this list. Most of all I like Billiards and Startup. And I observed that all charecters used bitcoin for illegal things. I think that it would be much better to change this view.

Bitcoin are mentioned a few times in the national geographic mini serie Valley of the boom.
The serie are about some of the pioneers of the internet in the 90s and some of them now also own bitcoins.

Also in Taken series movie, can't really remember the exact episode but it's season 2. There bitcoin surfaced, it was supposed to be used by a group of guys for some sort of bad thing but was easy detected by a special unit of the FBI. The series is really interesting.
