Indian television also started showing news about bitcoin. I am really proud of the broadcaster and all the team that had brought bitcoin in television. featuring bitcoin in tv will make the the currency more popular and even old citizen who don't know much about modem trend will come to know about it.

There has been many series and films in which Bitcoin has appeared in, and with the popularity of the cryptocurrency on the rise, I expect many more series to present the topic of Bitcoin to the masses. Most of the special documentaries and films that I have seen with Bitcoin have already been mentioned in previous posts, but to add one more: Morgan Spurlock Inside Man. Morgan Spurlock is the man behind the Super Size Me documentary and he also made a documentary about Bitcoin.

In our country bitcoin is reportedly coming in news show which is advertising bitcoin and saying it's positive point so that government will accept the technology and will not ban it ever

I know only about Mr. Robot. It's great series and very popular so it can help to promote Bitcoin in good way. And for young people to learn something.
With time there will be probably more movies and series wit Bitcoin as a theme because it's becoming more and more attractive. Maybe it will also appear in some book.

In episode 11, at 17:20 they are talking about Bitcoin and that Ecoins are better to create new economy growth. Ecoin is a fictional (probably centralized) crypto currency created by the company Ecorp which is the most might conglomerate in the world.

I have never thought there is any such serials or shows where bitcoin is being promoted or mentioned. Have heard about Mr. Robot and seems quite popular over youth here in my country also, after reading this i surely gonna watch it.

Its really driving me. So bitcoins are screened and documented. Really awesome. Why dont we keep publishing more series or films on bitcoins so that more and more come to know about it. Media is the one made everyone and everything popular. This is the main source to reach something to people of every corner at the same time. I am sure all bitcoin lovers who have money to invest can afford to create a new era for bitcoins via these medias. Wish this can happen.

i think there was a similar thread, not that i can find it though.
the only Movie that i have seen bitcoin feature in it so much like in being the main story was called "Dope" it is a 2015 movie where a teenager used bitcoin to sell drugs anonymously online and get out of his neighborhood
p.s. is Mr Robot any good, i keep hearing about it?
I've read that the first season was really good according to a majority of things I've read, and it's about a 50/50 split for the second season and its quality. I've heard that they think that their issues with the series revolve around the direction the show changed from, but that was a while ago and I haven't watched the show myself yet.the only Movie that i have seen bitcoin feature in it so much like in being the main story was called "Dope" it is a 2015 movie where a teenager used bitcoin to sell drugs anonymously online and get out of his neighborhood
p.s. is Mr Robot any good, i keep hearing about it?

Added another appearance on Mr. Robot in the opening thread. Third episode of season two shows a Bitcoin sign in 32:54.
After the sign has always appeared in the first three episodes, it was not seen in the fourth and fifth episodes. There are still a few episodes left. I hope I will be able to report again.

Yes I also saw the film and was very nice. Perhaps the film was confirmed that the future of bitcoin is already starting to be used by many people. And can be very helpful, it was very good. And would probably make better known bitcoin again.

Even I thought to say that buddy. Its really healthy for bitcoin. If it is telecasting in the media channels soon bitcoin will be popular around the all the people even layman will comes to know about bitcoin.
