Nope.. from what I have seen, till now cryptocurrency has got very little benefit from the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic. I would say that the overall impact has been negative. Exchange rates have gone down during the last couple of months, despite the block reward halving which kicked in just a few days ago. This is perhaps the first time that the market didn't got any boost from the block reward halving event.

Their revenue drops this First Quarter and it will be the same on the Second Quarter of the year because of the virus.

Because of it, the number of gamblers who are gambling in their sites right now went down because they don't have work right now where they can get some funds for gambling. They can't go out in their respective homes because of the lockdown that has been imposed and because of this they don't have any money to use for gambling.

It will go back to normal (new normal) when there is a vaccine that is created.

Gambling is not much affected by covid 19 but since people loses their jobs and source of income, therefore they spend less on gambling. Apart from that no online casino closed in this lockdown and people had easy access to gambling activities.

It will not be less attractive if the betting is done in online, maybe the sports will lose their income from the people who usually go in the venue since if they will resume, they will do it without a crowd but that would make the sports betting industry live again, because people can still watch live online and gamble at the same time.

Gambling addicts are certainly waiting for the casino to open again, and there is also a big possibility that casino owners will make good marketing strategies to attract their customers, like our casino is free from corona or free food for new customers and so on.

Yes, I agree that the casino management needs to make sure the safety of each player or people who come to their casino. Social distancing is one of many ways that they need to apply in their casino to prevent the infected virus. Or they can use the other way to make other people feel safe from having contact with other people.

Sanitized and disinfecting is a must available on their casino so people can wash their hand after they touch anything. But I am not sure that only a few people who want to come into the casino since many people feel bored to stay at their home since at least 2 months ago.

It's being lifted but there are still some restrictions, Here in the Philippines the lock-down are being reduce to some areas but still those casino till an't operate and the public transportation is still not being operated. The government are making it slow so it would be safer to all of us. But still I know some underground casinos that is still operating here. I hope those people will discover the online gambling so they are not going to risk their life for just a game.

^ Probably not, at first the COVID-19 will have a decrease in the numbers of players in gambling sites, and worse with physical casinos including sports betting will definitely go down to zero because no sports events will be held and physical casinos are closed in areas where lockdown are being implemented. People probably start to think of saving their money for the necessities in a short period of time. Those who experience boredom and stress after a few weeks of being quarantined at home they will tend to find ways on how to reduce it and that is by going to online casinos especially those people who are not new in this type of gambling in fact even other players who are fond of playing in physical casinos and sports bettors may get into. Or probably diverted into online gambling and that will give a huge increase in cryptocurrency gambling users. Both, because there are gamblers who like to play in a physical casino and online casino at the same time, while there are gamblers who also like to play solely in physical casino and this is good if the casino industry will resume its operation as it would help our struggling economy right now.

I know there is a risk but if they will be able to manage the risk with their measures, why not give them a try.
