This part about bounty hunting caught my attention because it's not clear how you want to portray that part of the crypto world? Do you want to portray it in a positive light, or do you want to warn people not to waste their time on such things?

It is true that Bitcoin is a currency, but you have to take into account that it is also a store of value. What you should focus on is to show people how Bitcoin works in the simplest way possible, and that it's not some MLM/Ponzi scheme that will collapse when money stops coming or when some people at the top get rich and make an exit scam.

And if you're already moving in the direction of showing Bitcoin as a currency, show users that it's possible to spend it on real products and services by providing some links to them. I personally use this site -> https://spending-bitcoin.com/

Wow this is great. I am happy to know there is somebody who is developing something to promote bitcoin instead of earning from it.
Though I had already seen developers earning bitcoin for creating apps and websites this is something new.
I appreciate your efforts and wish you good luck for the app.
Also I would like to suggest that don't limit the app to hard coded information, instead display real time information from the net by adding a search enging and bitcoin related search queries.

Inform us if your app is ready to spread so that we can also help you to promote bitcoin through your app. This is a great strategy to educate people about bitcoin,why it was created,the purpose and the advantages and disadvantages of using it. This might be another way to increase bitcoin mass adoption.

Great app just to promote bitcoin in the whole world. But you should make it attractive to the people.You should add more twist, strategy and motivation so that it will not become boring to other readers instead it will become a learning education about bitcoin which each of one will benefit. It's really a good idea to promote and spread the bitcoin.

@ Chris, this is a great initiative you've worked on - can't wait for the final product.

There this one thing I would suggest re-thinking and that's the integration of ICO's, bounty programs airdrops on bitcointalk.org as I fear that having this not only would make this more challenging for you in the future where you might have to answer all sorts of crazy questions (and even hold you responsible for their losses - as hard as one might imaging this happening you just can't discard the possibility). Having this might also detract from the main message -BTC-!

Other than that, I really like the design and the overall UI - keep up with the good work!

Give us an update if everything is completed.
This could be the way on how we could educate people on what bitcoin really is.

No one will pay to advertise it, so the best we could do is help each other to spread the gospel.

This is a good creation mate!!! I am a IT student right now and I think I will try making one of this project on future! This is really good that your passion on programming and bitcoin is can be combine to a simple project.  I hope will download it right now! and I am hoping that this is going to be posted on app store/ playstore to raise awareness on bitcoin and for the knowledge. 

Well as for my experiences to mobile applications, most of applications in mobile was in PHP codings, PHP language, I'm not sure yet but I can say that its back-end is PHP.

I admire your initiative on this one, though it is still under development just continue doing it until you finished it. I want to help you but I'm afraid I could just ruin everything lol, I believe we have plenty of IT guys and software engineers here that knows a lot of this stuff, I'm calling you all to participate on this project.

But I'm seeing a problem with this one like what people will get from visiting this? if they need a search they could just simply type it in google, and to be honest I don't think people will read all of the information you indicated on this one. Anyways, best of luck to you man

With regards to the App, you need to advertise it too in different social media platforms. I'm not against with this since anything that can help promoting Bitcoin will give a positive effect to us users. There are some who are saying that it can be done too by using websites. Maybe if you can do both them it could be better . Hire some website developers that can help you. Either way, this will help the crypto as a whole.

Wow nice, another project that promotes the use of the bitcoin can you tell and share to us what is the programming language you use and how you will find out the information because this is a good innovation and waiting for this project it is better if you make upload this into google play store or on available on IOs because it is a good thing to earn more knowledge. I want to download but still, it is directly on the Google drive one of the best things is the use of like the Google play store we want to secure all of the devices of the people who make to download that it still need to make a filter still I'm looking forward on it to see on the market apps.

Wow! Fantastical idea! I think that it'll useful and interesting for precoiners to learn about Bitcoin pedigree. Only few people know that Nakamoto's idea was built from forgotten ideas in research literature. Maybe you should add some short-reads telling that nearly all of the technical components of Bitcoin originated in the academic literature of the 1980s and '90s.

I didn't try to upload the app but I hope OP gives a more specific update on this app, about the features that had on the app.
I assumed that this app looks likes an e-book where you can read about Bitcoin and how it will work through the Blockchain technology network.

I appreciated your effort mate by doing this not just the purpose of making money just because of helping Bitcoin to be more popular. Google Play Store had a lot of crypto feature related app especially wallets. It might good if your app also allow to use even when user is offline.

I really appreciate what you are doing mate. More apps and ads will give help to spread more about bitcoin but I was thinking for an offline application that readers can download for awhile and can read it back once done and even with internet. Just like those who have limited access on internet will also have some view all the time if they want to read more about it.

Anyway, you don't need to be harried with that application. Just take time for it and so you still have time to figure out which one you'll need to improve or have some additional to make it more beneficial to the reader.

Can you just post more info about your app,when it's finished?
There is so much info about Bitcoin online.Tons of websites,articles,e-books,videos,forum posts.What's the point of creating an app?In most cases,an Android or iPhone app is just a bunch of code that redirects to a certain website+app logo/icon.
I admire people,who want to be creative,but creating an app that promotes Bitcoin isn't enough.You will have to promote the app,because nobody would download and install that app just link that.
Do you have advertising budget?How do you plan to drive free traffic and installs?Relying on Google Play to give you free traffic and installs simply isn't enough.

But don't you think there is enough information on the internet about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The app is great but without proper marketing and promotion no one will be interested to download it.

What do you think is the USP of this app for anyone to download?

What benefit apart from knowing about Bitcoin does this app provide?

Anyone can convert a static website to a android app now days. There noting unique about this app in my opinion.

1. Well, you can't send the website specifically, but you surely can send the URL.

2. I guess this is somewhat reasonable, as while they can save websites on their phones(manually through their browser or through apps like Pocket), having an app is a bit more convenient I guess. This is completely assuming that your app is going to be purely static though. If you're going to add or change information, you're going to need them to update the app anyway(and... that needs internet access).

Especially if you're going to add videos, man they're definitely going to need to access the internet, unless you'd let them download full-length videos stored locally into the app itself which could make the app's file-size HUGE. Suddenly people are going to download like half a gigabyte of an app.

They can open websites on their phone though. As with the scrolling, that definitely doesn't have to do anything with an app vs a website. It's going to be completely depending on how the developer is going to design the UI side of the app/website. The scrolling will only be bad on a website if the responsiveness isn't polished.

Take your time and implement with all valuable suggestions that already given by previous poster's. Its a great approach to spread the name of bitcoin by developing mobile apps or websites which create opportunities for more people to know about bitcoin and its use. I hope newcomers will be able to use your app as their educational purpose. For that IMO it will be good idea to put different sections for introduction of bitcoin, use of bitcoin, difference between other currencies, how it works, users fund safety, transaction and blockchain details.

You can reduce the image size of app UI because its taking little bit extra time to load the entire topic.
