The same reason as with every launch. The dev's pool, or in this case 4 pools, will get a nice head start on the others. The only way to start mining the second it launches will be to use their pools. Their pool wallet will be compiled and ready for mining at launch time, while the other pools are scrambling to download and compile first, all of the mass hysteria that is typical during a launch will drive all of the traffic to the "official" pools within the first couple minutes. The people with huge hashrates are just going to try to suck up as many coins as possible before diff skyrockets. They have to join the first pool to launch in order to do this and they don't care about spreading out the hash rate. The people that dont have huge hashrates will go where the big hashers go, or else they will be left with scraps or nothing at all, and they too typically don't care about or understand the need to spread out hashrate.
