Yes, very happy that OP problem has been resolved, and thank you very much for your interest.

Crex24 seems to resolve problems very fast, is a good exchange, not like others.

Your request to share information about the Crex24 scammers has been seen by many users in this forum.

The Crex24 scammers will always be blacklisted here because you and others have been courageous enough to bring their scams to our attention.

Last post from OP was two weeks ago, April 24, 2020,
no more post after, what it means that his problem is fixed.

But we want to talk here, and we are waiting for answer from Crex, here also. IF you read carefully OP, you will find that he come hereafter Crex support stopped answering to his email.
You can find good practice here, how exchange solving the possible problem.
But why I telling you anything, you are just paid to spam for Crex.

You can check their ANN topics last 2-3 pages. Peoples were asking for solutions there after not getting proper responses from their support but cleverly they locked the topic to avoid all rising questions. They are just trying to keep their ANN topic clean and don't want to see replies (accusation) against them which gonna buy some extra time to commit fraudulent activities with more traders.

After having Lauda's recent reply on their thread they took final decision to lock their topic because Lauda warn everyone about them on her last reply. crex24 official forum account was last active on May 1, 2020 which means they are well notified about everything.

    

Yeah, they don't care at all. For example, they locked their Official Announcement thread: Crex24.com - Cryptocurrency Exchange [Official Thread] in a bid to hide their dirty scummy asses but to me that was more than enough to prove they are scammers.

If they were legit, why would they lock the thread? What would they have to hide?

I understand you but be sure many users following accusation and miserable attempts like @24ZZctcrex24's they just reinforce the reason for being blacklisted. For example, after this discussion, I am going to clean up my account there. I might use only to sell some altcoins and withdraw immediately.

Naive people can believe in "very good exchange" shilling, but here we cannot help too much. like money doublers, no matter how suspicious it may seem people still sending his money there and believe in "big" profit.

Sometime it enables opportunity for us to see their limit and i really enjoy to observe them. In some point we can get some hint from their ongoing activities which may us help to defend him on another playground.

They don't care about any accusation and its already proven. After creating this thread i was expecting their attention here but after passing some days we start to get new accusations against them on a regular basis. From the beginning i tried my best to let others know about their activities but finally people came here after getting scammed or having worse experience. I wish at least who have seen all these topics about this exchange will not gonna use them as a trusted trading destination in the future.  

I also do not use the often ignore option, but I do not think that much attention should be paid to such accounts. it is the simplest and fastest attempt to improve the reputation or shill for someone. though I think attempts like this only confirm that something is wrong with accused service, in this case, Crex24.
Now I am sure that there are complete amateurs.

Although i am not gonna add him on my ignore list so quickly but will definitely keep my eyes open for him. Lets see their hide & seek game.

Atleast we got someone who is talking on be half of crex24 where their official account is on silent mode. Basically when scammers got no proper explanation then silence is the only one option left for them.

A newbie sock-puppet account created specifically to post pro-Crex24 propaganda. I added this account to my IGNORE list.

Crex24 is very good exchange, don't believe the lies.

Thats correct and it good to see that someone finally understand what I'm trying to point out here because accusations without genuine evidence shouldnt be supported even if the exchange in subject have past scam history. However, using a single password for more than 6 months make account owner vulnerable.

You can't be a 100% sure that someone is by Crex hack your account.
Also, can you post here more evidence and how much worth your assets there before hack? Did you have enabled 2FA security level?
I don't want to defend this exchange but I must agree with @posi. Here are many accusations to services and often because of itself mistakes.
I use this exchange occasionally and after every login from a new IP, receive an email confirmation.

Sorry to hear this op. You can contact directly the user profile of their representative here. They selective scamming and even accept scam projects. Thats why a big question also to op is why you use the exchange in the very first place while there are others which are much better.

Exchange like this is really the cancer on this industry. Supported the flag.

Please note this:
1. The exchange has refused to address my questions. They have completely stopped responding to my emails
2. The exchange usually contact account owner when there is any suspicious activities. In this case they didn’t contact me.
3. I receive OTP from the exchange in each sign on. I copied my last successful sign on email report and sent to them. They simply did not comment on it
3. The hackers changed my password and made sure that I don’t receive any emails to my regular address
4. I tried to do a password reset and I never receive any emails from the exchange even though the reset page says I should check my email. I checked my spam mail and nothing .
5. The Exchange  earlier on sent me an email saying I needed to do KYC. However when I pointed to them that their Exchange does not have a KYC policy, then they ignored that with no answer
6. The exchange  said I should do KYC. How does one do KYC when you can’t even log into your own account
7. Finally, the exhange says I needed to contact yahoo to ask them why am not getting their exchange emails. I pointed out to them that such a statement was utterly ridiculous. Why? The exchange is communicating with me wit their same domain name email. Why would I be receiving one set of emails and can’t receive password reset email from the same domain. When I pointed this out, till date they have not responded.

I am 100% sure the crex24 exchange hacked into my user account and drain my assets. I mean how does an external attacker hack into a user account without first having access into my emails for rerouting. My email has not be hacked. Secondly how does an external hacker hack into a user account when such account has an OTP generates by the exhange and sent to my email before I can used the code to successfully login.

This is a terrible scam. I mean up till this moment the exchange has not responded to my emails when I started pointing out the strong facts showing that they are culpable for hacking my account.
