Has there been any explanation as to why over 1.3 billion HTML coins were transferred out of the exchange?
I hate to say it, but I really feel like the reason the coins are in maintenance is because of a hack. I want to try to see if there are any other answers for it though (also maybe some answers regarding that transaction)
Also the increased KYC requirements seem counter-intuitive and were increased right around the same timeframe

That's very stupid. Although their scammy activity is not the first time, you can check through their profile here, it's very uncommon that they are scamming such a small amount. Let's see if they respond here or not. I am waiting 72 Hours Have been completed. I made withdraw ECA 441462 Coins from Crex24. Withdrawal is an under processing but there is no transaction id. It's strange that they are delaying for processing a withdraw with a sum of $50 approx. I have used Crex24 long ago for one and two times. They used to process within 30 minutes or an hour.

This is not the first time I have met in different groups with information about problems with CREX. I decided to see it with my own eyes ... It turns out that there really are a number of problems.
Quite a few of the coins that were in maintenance have already been put back online.
Hope those pairs come back online soon. Good luck Crex24.
Is there any news when the server is up? I think it's almost a week some coins disabled the deposits and withdrawals. I sent also a support ticket but there's no response. Also update your twitter account if you have this kind of issue for us to know what's happening regarding your site!!!

I have spoken with their staff and they are working through a security issue as a "pre-caution" against any potential problems. This is what I really like about Crex24 is that they are very cautious towards security and that is one reason for their long confirmation times with depositing etc.
My suggestion to everyone is sit back and wait at most this will be just 3-4 more days and everything will be back for normal. Trading is still active.

I bought some CORONA as well as some AZR, but today can't withdraw/deposit.
Noticed that 50% of all crex altcoins, are today in maintainance, but not official estatement from CREX about this abnormal situation regarding so many coins.

I read the thread, and I see that problems with the exchange appear mainly for users whose rank is "newbie" and activity 13-10. Perhaps they’re doing something wrong by the fact that they are inexperienced are just bots that cheat on order
Probably those users are not active in bitcointalk and just created an account for support purposes in crex24 thread, Most traders are just reading this forum without getting their own account.
If their complaints are valid, then there's no harm done, its also nice to see how crex24 staffs handle all support inquiries in this thread.
