Please check the BCP wallet you have a lag of more than 3k blocks.
Coin Explorer shows at the moment 401544 blocks, you have shows that only 398029 are synchronized blocks.

Maybe it's not an issue, but a feature!
It's called Zero currency so maybe it's meant to be 0 balance all the time?
To give you a serious answer, your transaction was very recent when you posted here, I'm sure by now you'll have the coins in your account.
The steps on the menu to find the incoming/outgoong transactions (even the unconfirmed ones) is the following,
My Account > Reports > Payment History
Coins is not added to balance, transaction is not viewed in payments
