Yesterday (November 3), the Crex exchange did not send CUT coins totaling ~ $200
TxID has not been assigned. Coins were not returned to the account.
I turned to support, but the problem has not yet been resolved.
Did they provided you with any response on your opened ticket? What does it say? Usually, they reply to ticket supports 6-8 hours after it's created. Hello! Who knows a good trading bot on this exchange?
After reading all these comments, I was scared for my coins that are only traded on this exchange ... I don’t like to panic, but then something is very suspicious
I have a small suggestion: To better get an idea about order book depth, you have green bars to visualise how much orders are present on a price, but it's completely useless on the sell side because some people park their funds at outlandish prices (e.g. 10 doge at a price of 1BTC each) and it ruins the entire sell book green bars by supressing their size. You can either use log scale, or maybe flatten the end of orderbooks that is t.g. >10sd of median orderbook price.)
This way the sell side green bars will give much better sense of order structure. If you don't fix it, you can remove it altogether as it's useless in its current state.
