Some controversy is ongoing with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru. A few days back, the team management created a supplementary account for the franchise in Hindu language in social media platforms. Kannada activists have gone ballistic over this, saying that the franchise should not use any language other than Kannada (since they are based out of Bengaluru, where Kannada is the official language). On the other hand, Punjab Kings spent INR 26.75 crore to sign Shreyas Iyer, the second highest ever.

West Indies' performance is ok but with the change of time Bangladesh's performance is getting worse. Before this, Bangladesh must have performed much better than the present time. When Bangladesh play Tests now, they seem to have the ability to finish the matches quickly and when they play T20s, they do a lot of dot ball concepts. Unless they can play smart cricket, they cannot succeed. Bangladesh should look directly at Afghanistan, this team has been able to come out of so much trouble in such a short period of time that Bangladesh has not been able to do so in cricket for a long time. This is the biggest problem of Bangladeshi batsmen when they need more runs and big innings they cannot bat patiently. In fact, batsmen in Test matches should aim to patiently score more runs and build big innings. Which no Bangladeshi batsman could do in this series against West Indies.

Media is now reporting that the cricket competition in Olympics 2028 will be moved out of Los Angeles. In all probability, the competition will be held in New York (which hosted a number of matches for the 2024 T20I World Cup).

I enjoyed a good match yesterday in the T10 League. Where Deccan Gladiators vs Team Abu Dhabi played and It was a really great match. Deccan Gladiators gave a big innings of 134 runs in 10 overs. Chasing the score, Team Abu Dhabi almost succeeded but their disaster in the last over ruined the good game of the whole match. When 25 runs were needed in just 12 balls, the batsmen's wickets started falling. In the end, no one could beat the bowler. In such a big match, Team Abu Dhabi had to lose by just 6 runs. Ibrar Ahmad received a lot of praise from the fans after his last over bowling action.

Last in 2017 won by the Pakistan team and if we discuss the final then that was fantastic. India have picked the wicket of Fakhar Zaman earlier but that was no ball and Fakhar smashed a century then Pakistan won the game easily. One sided match. Now another time Champion Trophy has come.
