I don't agree with the first part of your statement. There are pace-friendly tracks in India and other sub-continental countries. One example is the track at Mohali. Obviously you can't compare these with pace-heavens such as those in Kingsmead or WACA, but even then they offer genuine support for the pace bowlers. BTW, Mirpur is an extreme case scenario. I believe that this track is not suitable for international cricket and playing on such dustbowls is not beneficial for anyone.

Yes ,you are right. Ramachandran Ragupathy was player of match and he played brilliant in this match due to which his team won the match by 4 runs. Match was tough and we saw good match and audience enjoyed this match very match because both team gave their hundred percent to be winner of this match. At last we saw result in the favour of WGT team because they did excellent bowling in last overs and Ramachandran performance was also factor of this win. Because he made 55 runs for the team at best time when team needed that and he also grasp two catches and he did excellent fielding . That day was of Ramachandran and he was looking everywhere. KAK team could make 165 runs and they could not chase the score in the end and that team lose the match due to their own mistakes.

If you see their batsmen have given very good perform and target in the match and their batsmen support each other won the match and also lost 7 wickets. And on the other hand, their batsmen have also lost 7 wickets and will lose by 4 runs. If they had accelerate their pace at some place they could have won the match. And this loss will be very sad for them because they have lost the match by 4 runs and they will regret that if we had perform well we would have won the match. Congratulations to WGT for this win and from the front and with hard work and struggle and give a tough target and don't give the next team a chance to win the match. And the batsmen of KAK team to speed up their perform because in a match they don't feel defeat due to low runs and can easily win the match and maintain their perform. If seen, they could have won the match. But their batsmen did not keep the perform and speed well in the beginning but in the end they work hard and fast because of this they lose wickets and lose matches.

Well, KAK team is weak team in this whole series compare to other teams and their rank is also very low 6 th. Their team played total 4 games and in these game, KAK team lose two games and two games draw. WGT team have good rank and also have high chance to qualify in last rounds. In this game, KAK team won toss and chose field first. WGT team made 169 runs target and put a pressure to KAK team for big runs target in 20 overs. R.Ragupathy took 2 wickets through catch and he made 55 runs in 35 balls and hitted five 4s and three 6s at end of game he also got a player of game award due to his brilliant effort. KAK team very close to win the game and almost clase to chase target but failed for 4 runs and chased 165 runs. A.Tunda took down 3 wickets in 4 overs with 33 runs. KAK team have no chance for playing big games like semi final or other because of bad effort and bad rank.

I am not sure how this will turn out. The BCCI has already announced that they will not travel to Pakistan to participate in the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy. They have been asking the ICC to change the hosts. PCB maybe open to the idea of replacing India with Sri Lanka. But in that case 80% of the media rights revenues will be gone and the ICC may not agree to that. It is a tricky situation for Mohsin Naqvi, but at this point I don't think that there is much PCB can do about it.

Yeah I agree, ICC is surely doing their best for keeping things on track and having all cricket nations on single platform but sadly India-Pakistan tension is surely not under their control even recently we have stick order from the ITF and then Indian tennis team was in Pakistan for Davis Cup, but ICC is completely different story because here Indian influence is huge, and they are also having 80% market cap in cricket as well.

Due to tensions between two countries we are having problems in just few sports as they are coming under serious Indian influence but the games which are having nothing things like these are working properly because recently I read few tennis players were also in Pakistan for their matches because ITF reject Indian request for shifting hopefully ICC will be also do things like these for good development in this game.

I think we all had an idea that if the competition is held in Pakistan there will be some Indian politicians and some Indian people who will have problems with that. mainly the politicians. we all know that even though sport should not be controlled by any politician it is still definitely controlled by the politicians. especially in the subcontinent. And India obviously thinks that as they have the highest share in ICC, they are probably going to get special treatment. I really hope that is not the case.

it is good to see that finally, ICC is taking matters into its own hands and also making sure that the competition is going to be played as it was supposed to. they are the ones who should be controlling what happens. Without India, the weavership might be very low. but it is also not a good idea to let us certain the Cricket board have this much control over the whole sport. just because of one team, others should not suffer.

Exactly Mohsin Naqvi PCB Chairmen will be the chairman of the Asian Cricketer Council at the start of 2025. He will replace Jay Shah as the chairman of the Asian Cricket Council. who is ruling for the third consecutive time, he took a one-year extension at the start of 2024 which is his third year of the extension. Jay Shah is a candidate for ICC Chairman, but if Mohsin Naqvi is elected as the Chairman of the Asian Cricketer Council, then he will try his best to ensure that every event that is hosted by Pakistan will be played in Pakistan. The ICC has made it clear that India will send its team to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy otherwise, Sri Lanka will qualify for the Champion Trophy 2025.

Yes , you are right. Indian batting line up played very bad and could not complete 248 runs . Sri Lankan team won the match by 110 runs and Sri Lankan team won the series by 2 in 0 . No body expected that Sri Lankan team will play that kind of matches . After winning the World Cup, that kind of performance is disappointing. Avishka Fernando was awarded as player of the match because he made excellent 96 runs and he played crutial role in this match because against that kind of team that task is very difficult. No I expect that Indian team will do come back in next series . Now there is pause and Indian team will play next series against Bangladesh and test series will be at the first and India is favorite for that.No doubt , Indian team is great and will come back .

If he chose the other option, then he will be under fire from his own board. Anyway, since the India-Pakistan drama is not going to end anytime soon, time has come to think about a permanent solution.

After the great and excellent effort of the Avishka Fernando and Pathum Nissanka , when Pathum Nissanka lost his wicket on 49, then Kusal Mendis (the vice captain) stabled the game in very good way but when Kusal Mendis and Avishka Fernando both has been out then we are looking to the Sri Lanka team that they are not under pressure that time because their middle order was not too good.

As they lost two to three wickets back to back in which the Charith Asalanka the captain also included, but the important thing was they were batting with a good strike rate and no matter what happened they did not let down their strike rate which was such a good thing and that mindset allowed them to make good runs.

No doubt these are good updates, but I have feeling most chances BCCI stance will never been change about this, and they will never send their to Pakistan because in this case if India is visiting Pakistan this is going to be huge beneficial for them and BCCI will be never allow this specially while we are having Narendra Modi in India as Prime Minister currently we are having just Champions Trophy in 2025 with few events are going to be play in India and Bangladesh as next two Asia Cups.

Mohsin Naqvi can't do anything if BCCI is going to refuse again and again because they are in complete control and mostly ICC members are having their interest with BCCI so they will be also never go against them most chances we will be having this Champions Trophy as hybrid system and India will be preferred to stay in Sri Lanka instead of Pakistan.

It is strange, isn't it? One or two decades back, Indian batsmen used to struggle against pace bowling (irrespective of the opposition team, let it be Australia, England, South Africa, Pakistan, New Zealand or West Indies). Now they are showing their vulnerability against the spinners. The irony is that Indians are the ones who used spin-friendly conditions for the maximum use, whenever SENA teams used to tour that country. IMO, a complete reshuffle is needed. Oldies such as Virat and Rohit need to be told that they need to focus on test cricket.

It is really hard to understand why this happened. For me, it was actually hard to believe that India performed like that against Sri Lanka. In the last match, which I expected India to win and that way, they also wouldn’t have lost the series, they have been able to fail miserably to get even close to the target. I am pretty sure that nobody expected India to lose this match by 110 runs. I honestly think that India has lost because they have taken the Sri Lankan team as a weak opponent. Even after India had a very miserable performance with the bat in the second match, they did not take enough precautions or did not research enough about the Sri Lankan bowlers. And even if they did, they were unable to execute the plan. By the way, Sri Lanka also did very well with the bat as well. Congratulations to Sri Lanka for getting such an unexpected win.

After that last third T20 match which goes to the super over finally the ODI series started and in the first match, once again the Sri Lanka did all the right things but they almost lost that match but waited for the twist when in the last 2 balls of the 47th or 48th overs, the two wickets fell and that match was tied too.

In the second ODI match, we found nervousness in the Indian team players because in the last match, they did not perform well. However, finally, the hopes of Sri Lanka were complete and they got the result of their hard work as they won the match. Then was the third ODI match between them which was also won by Sri Lanka and like this, they won the ODI series as they lost the T20 series. It was mixture of good luck and hard work for Srilanka that resulted in the ODI series in their name.
